I could say I know there is aliens. The question is how smart are they.. Humans wouldtn be so intresting if they had the tecnology to travel all the way here. I believe that at least a couple of the artifacts shown here are oil lamps, specificly speaking the ones shown at 1:45, 2:10, 2:35, 3:00. i am not sure though, but they do look very similar to oil lamps from ancient times
