@kranen1 Though that note is amazing, it's in falsetto. I think Dio mostly sang in his chest registry, so you can't really compare it with Dio. There is a clip here on Youtube with Dio's range and he reaches A6 in falsetto. I'm not sure Mark Boals can produce that sound. I'm not arguing one is better than the other - they are both amazing vocalists in their respect! (Though my personal preference is for Dio).

@fbendz That A6 is more like whistle. And he couldn't go there on command. I like Dio more though. He did not use his head voice so much, more his powerfull chest voice, as you say. I actually though the note in this one was head voice. You think it's falsetto? Mark Boals is one of those who are hard to decide what he's using. Rob Halford is my all time favorite, and the king of powerfull high notes =)
