Yomigaeru SEITEKI SHODO

Literally

SHOGYO MUJO is repeated. SEITEKI SHODO revives.

SHOGYO MUJO is a Buddhistic term about impermanence which is essential in the Japanese culture. It means "Everything is transient. Nothing remains the same."

SEITEKI SHODO means the sexual desire or Libido.

So I would translate it in this way,

"Nothing remains the same. Still my Libido revives again and again, and it never disappears."
