Hi I purchased the same catch can but I cannot get the gauge to move. I'm pretty sure the installation is correct, just to confirm (the front being closest the the gauge) which nozzle is in and which is out? Thanks
@cubbbbbbz the front nozzle should be hooked to the valve cover. either way you hook it up you should still have some kind of reading. my guess would be a faulty gauge, and the gauge is defiantly not necessary
I would call it more of a preventative maintenance kind of deal. as far as performance i will say that it keeps your car running stronger longer. so in a way yes but not as an increase but just maintaining maximum power
Oil catch cans keep unwated oil from the headers from backtracking into your intake manifold. Preventative maintence more than anything. Reccomended for any vehicle but necessary for f/I builds.
It really depends on what car you have. If you have the V6 eclipse 4 generation then it will hook into your intake manifold which is shown in the video and then the valve head for the other tube. Remember it is a vehicle specific install so this will only work for this vehicle
