@drivefitness, usually I make myself to try to remember how it was like prior to when I can easily dunk in bball. Subsequently after I used the exercise program at 50-inch-vertical[dot]com - my skills has been increasing alot - I'm no longer on the bench!
#VIDEOPOSTERID# Play basketball? Then you need to see this - 50 inch vertical (dot) com. I highly recommend it! I m 5 10 and started dunking after 5 weeks of the program!
drivefitness I'm 5 10 and I can do fancy windmill dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I personally recommend the workout at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be used if you can check they work
drivefitness damn, what else can I say. People who play basketball need to all learn how to dunk, I just recently done the training program at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| - dunking is so easy now! (I m only 5 7!)
this video would be good if the camera was at the other angle...i can't really see what you are doing with the ball which is the whole point of making this video...

Not good... If there is a good defender in fron of the guy, theres no chance of getting easy points.

How about the view from the other side, so we can see exactly what he is doing?

One of the most deceptive crossovers out there!! I made a living off of this move my first two years in college!!
ryangoodson23 3 years ago
Just a simple crossover from one hand to the other with the ball. The move is made off the speed of attack, footwork & head/shoulder fake.

I will try and explain it better:
step 1: cross from your right hand to your left.
step 2: (AT THE SAME TIME!) as you cross the ball you shoulder fake to the right, this is almost in one motion, the cross and the shoulder fake.
step 3: by the time the ball is switched to your left hand (and after the shoulder fake) you simply retrieve the ball and carry on and drive left
p.s I only used right hand as an example in an attempt to make it more clear.

Also known as the "Carson cross" or "Texas 2-Step".
