  • SLOW MOTION MANNN

  • The purpose of this video was what???????

  • proper

  • the defender could be more agressive like in a real game. thx

  • Not good... If there is a good defender in fron of the guy, theres no chance of getting easy points.

  • @drivefitness, usually I make myself to try to remember how it was like prior to when I can easily dunk in bball. Subsequently after I used the exercise program at 50-inch-vertical[dot]com - my skills has been increasing alot - I'm no longer on the bench!

    DRIVE Basketball Drills: Transition Crossover

  • how bout putting them in slow motion so we can see it ..

  • just stutter step

  • i tried this out on the courts in a game and it actually worked pretty good, blew past my guy

  • looks like your very vulnerable to the charge if the defender guesses right

  • How about the view from the other side, so we can see exactly what he is doing?

  • wat a move

  • LOL! 0:10

  • wut is so funny?

  • this is great.. i use this a lot.. Body fakes are more useful than the ball fakes

  • but this is a ball and body fake

  • stutter step?

  • One of the most deceptive crossovers out there!! I made a living off of this move my first two years in college!!

  • Just a simple crossover from one hand to the other with the ball. The move is made off the speed of attack, footwork & head/shoulder fake.

  • this video would be good if the camera was at the other angle...i can't really see what you are doing with the ball which is the whole point of making this video...

  • I will try and explain it better:

step 1: cross from your right hand to your left.

step 2: (AT THE SAME TIME!) as you cross the ball you shoulder fake to the right, this is almost in one motion, the cross and the shoulder fake.

step 3: by the time the ball is switched to your left hand (and after the shoulder fake) you simply retrieve the ball and carry on and drive left

p.s I only used right hand as an example in an attempt to make it more clear.

  • Also known as the "Carson cross" or "Texas 2-Step".
