I find it interesting to watch her do that. Birdtram Birdy, my late parakeet/budgie I had when I was in school, used to let himself out of the same design cage door, but he used a different technique. He clung to the bars below it to lift it with his beak, and when it fell away from him, he would walk right out onto it.
Aww so awesome! My bird lucky, the cage door is always open!
