  • i just bought a ps2 a few weeks ago and i was so happy that i managed to find tales of the abyss and legendia, tales games in my town are really hard to find since we only have a gamestop and wal-mart to buy any games from. I love the tales series ever since i picked up phantasia along time ago, i just ordered this one online and it should be here in a week im so happy!! :D

  • Anyone who has this full version of this song, i would appreciate it if you can send the link to me, thanks!

  • This opening is awsome!

  • Probably because it has an actual town and interaction with NPCs? And the way characters are introduced one by one instead of by a batch?

Granted, RM2's cast is far too big compared to RM. But I do hope they bring back town in RM3 :\

  • @pieceendless Agreed, the batch joining was a bit jarring at times in RM2. Not to mention that RM1's story was more involving and engaging overall, partly since Ad Libitim actually felt like a guild. Widdershin is arguably a better/deeper final boss as well, and his human lackeys (Aurora, etc) only strengthen his position.

The Van Eltia from RM2 is confirmed to be returning, and looking at RM3's world map I didn't notice any towns unfortunately. It may have the Aibirds and Aifish though.

  • This game was really emotional for me :/

  • @Vercsase I think what RM2 was missing was the english translation, but hey that's just me. Though you could be right, when I play the game it feels fresh and new and almost completely different from the sequel. I can't pinpoint what it is though.. >.>

  • So wait, it's going to be released in English? :O

Now I really need a PSP...

  • @LeanceHP it's been in english for a while. But yeah, getting a PSP is a great idea.

Heh... Never saw it on the shelves here, so that's why I was oblivious to its existence. Now to find if it's available anywhere local.

  • @LeanceHP you should be able to find it, I've actually seen it on the shelves in game stop, but like all Tales games in the US, it's a rarity..

  • @metaangel1

Make my day, I live in the Netherlands. Not a single store has it in stock anymore. At least, not to order. Guess the PSP will have to wait ^_^'

I'll just watch videos of it for a while then...
