I have diabetes myself. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy in December. I am going to do what they tell me to, so I can prepare for this exam. I am 61 and plan on being here a little longer. I need to loose some weight too.

the best gospel singer male i ever heard i remember back in 1986 he appeared on the Bobby Jones show and Luther VanDross was back stage then and he told james he had a beautiful voice that he could make a lot of money singing blues music so when Bobby told james to come out on planned as it was on stage that sunday morning that was the first time we ever seen him it changed our lives for ever he brought it down i will never forget i was 16 yrs old then .
