This technique has been very effectively used around the country. Sorry a couple of guys didn't like it - but checking the guy's channel, he's a competitor and the "spam" flag was just mean. This is valuable info / good content for anyone flipping houses!

Vacant houses are a blight to the cities and need to be sold. Bandit Signs help make that happen. FYI: Jaywalking is illegal, crossing the intersection on a red light is illegal, speeding is illegal but people do  it anyways.

BANDIT SIGNS WORK!!! Believe when he says the do. I was able to locate TWO cash buyers in in 24 hours and they have said bring me anything you have. Will they buy everything from me? Probably not, but you know what? I just place more signs :D !!
