"For some reason or another Erika comes back at the very end of the skit,and runs over Mary as she was leaving the fine restaurant.

I'm guessing she has the ability of reincarnation."

The story basically follows an endless circle.

First Erika drives up to the mall, then she is slashed by Lily, then Lily is killed by Reiko's mob, then Reiko is sniped by Mary, then Mary is run over Erika, who then drives up to the mall where she will be slashed by Lily, and so the story repeats all over again.
