my sheltie frazier was hit by a car and broke his back before we got him from a friend but he had just a broken back. but after we got him...... if he got excited, he would have a seizure. :( one day we found him laying in the hallway....... but he was gone. im so sad.
Thanks for all the comforting words guys, I think the hardest thing is for the owner not to think of them after the love has gone, it's been almost 2 months but I'm still miss them like crazy!
When my collie needed to be put down I held her in my arms until she breathed her last breath. It was the saddest day of my life and I was in 8th grade. They are the best dogs and best companions anyone could ever have. My parents now have two litter mates who are getting pretty old too now and I am not looking forward to the day that I have to say goodbye to them.

She died of old age in her sleep and I was in college then but home for the weekend when she passed and got to hold her 1 last time. She was like a sister to me and I'm an only child. My parents have a monument(headstone) in her play pin in their garden by the pool with her picture on it. That's how much she meant to us.
I lost my Tobi Collie Thursday. 16th Jul 09. Tried to save him but could not, he died in my arms, can't stop missing him and looking for him. I think your video is a great way of dealing with the loss, I hope I can do the same if I figure it out.
What a beautiful video.Sorry about your loss I lost my little girl( Hunnie ) on Jan 16 2009. she was a tri color collie I had her nine wonderful years . There is not a day goes by that I don't think of her and start crying

sorry for your lost ,i lost my collie to cancer of the nose she was only 5 i will never forget her. i now have haley 10 months old and is sitting with me as i write this . Your video is a true tribute to a special friend thank you for sharing her with us
oh my gosh, I know that you know, that you had beautiful collies.(I could swear that collie at 1.34 was my collie!!) I have a mahogany sable rough,ch.moonhills moves like magic, and he is 12 now. Your dogs coats gorgeous, they are truly "dripping" with coat.. thank you for sharing your memories of your absolutely gorgeous dogs. Gosh, love the blue merle and color on the sable.. she almost looks like butterscotch candy! Thanks for posting..

I don't know where in Argentina you can find a breeder with this look, her dogs are exceptional, but you can try contacting Tartanside collies on the east coast of the usa, that would be mr. John Buddy- don't know if he still is breeding but wow he has some nice collies.. have fun with your new collie pup

My parents bought Collie in second schol. My dog lived 16 years. It died one year ago on my heand. It has got something with heart.

My Collie also lived to be 16, it's wonderful knowing she had a beautiful life and gave me 16 years of love.
I start to get choked up too, but I smile, knowing she was a success story!
