yup I'm a macrophile and I tell people if they ask what I like, some don't care and some judge but who cares what they think? it's my life not theirs. The key lesson here is: discretion and acceptance. Be discreet with your online aliases etc, make sure they can't be traced back to you because eventually, if they can, they'll come & bite you in the ass. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you being interested in older men, especially at your age where hormones and whatnot are going crazy. What I'd be concerned with is, why is a 40 year old man interested in a 16 year old girl? At his age it is not uncommon for him to be interested in younger women, but that usually means women who are 21+. There could be underlying psychological issues there. Just be safe and be smart.
