  • You have good (low) squat form with your toes turned out and knees being pushed out over the toes.

    You could improve your kettlebell swings by raising the kettle bell another 8-12 inches. Your do a good job popping your hips when you swing the kettle bell up.

  • instead of a dumbbell can I replace it with kettlebell using the turbulence training program?
