I really don't know either. I think it may have to do with the fact that a rocket ship only travels vertically, and doesn't really make sudden movements to the left or right. Then again, that's just my guess.

It killed some pilots on the way because it causes a lot of "G" force (Times the force of gravity). In rocket ships like the Space Shuttle and jet aircrafts like the SR-71 pilots have to use modified suits "space suits" so they can survive the ride. The maximum of g's a human being can take is 16 g's and a person blacks out at 9.

Firstly, the technology will propbaly not be applied to missiles for a while.

Secondly, definitlely not everyone will have them.

Thirdly, This sort of thing has been going on for centuries - Someone invents new weapon, somenone then invents a countermeasure to it, then someone redevelops the weapon to defeat this countermeasure, then the other improves the countermeasure.
