@Tigermoon1950, this is actually from a Local Dance Show called The Jack Spector Show. If you look carefully you see the kids wearing the Letter S on their outfits.

I bought this from a stall in East Ham Market East London when it first came out.
They had loads of great US R'n'nB (yes that's what R'n'B was then) like this.
I wore this record out,along with The Orlons "Don't Hang Up" + others
I'd love to know what happend to that stall,those records and the bloke who owned it.
He had great taste!
