I was sooo hestitant at playing this game at first, cause I feared there would be sparkly vampires in it. I took a risk, and boy was I glad I did. Not only is the storyline and the atmosphere wondeful, but the OST is allso brilliant! To bad it's not very compatible with my system (crashes very often on Win7 with an Intel grafic card). Otherwise its a wondeful game. :D
@JKchan There's an entire new module for the game that's just been released - The Final Nights. I'm playing through as a Ventrue one last time before the new mod goes in. Should be interesting.

WoW is has a MASSIVE storyline. However, the fact that the average player has a short attention span and little to no interest in lore means that storyline knowledge has to be optional rather than enforced. MMOs are a different breed of game because they need to cater to the lowest denominator, not because they're inherently worse.
Having said that, VTM: Bloodlines is an AWESOME game and VTM is an AWESOME setting. White Wolf should really consider a video game for the new Vampire setting.

@MeNotPsycho There are a few reasons for it. First: Vampire: The Masquerade is Property of White Wolf, which has been taken from the Marked in 2004. (To be replaced by Vampire: The Requiem as an Pen&Paper-RPG)
Second: White Wolf is has become a "daughter" of Crowd Control Productions in 2006, who are more interestet in Online-Games. So, if there might be a VtR-Game, it will be one of WoW-Followers.
Which won't be happening, because Werewolf: The Apocalypse has been stopped in the Production as well. (The same happened to Mage: The Ascension, Changeling: The Dreaming, Hunter: The Reckoning, Demon: The Fallen, Mummy: The Resurection, Orpheus, Wraith and what else White Wolf produced in the 90ies. as P&P)

I think either the Gangrels or Malkavians and Brujah are the most impressive of the Bloodline clans; the ones more adept for guns are Ventrue or Toreador caue I love to kill the cops and enemy Vampires. The only clan who are magik users are the Tremere with their blood magik. The Nosferatu are just plain fraky I could not even walk freely in the streets without being shot at by the cops or Vampire hunters with their torches, blades or guns. But overall, best Vampire game since Legacy of Kain.

In the beginning EVE got negative reviews cuz it wasent close to being finished, but it has grown by 90% since 2005. The new reviews of EVE is very positive.
But it isnt for everyone of course. Its an elite-style economic simulator.

as already said a thousand times, it's just awesome! Even some little details that hardly anyone notices made me fall of the chair by laughing such as "copy paper of DOOM" or some suspicious peanut candy called "n&n's". They just gave this game its touch.
It was called Kindred the Embraced and was made in the 90's. It was alright...a better budget would have made it more enjoyable and it was rather kindred politics heavy.
Thanx Madam, for putting all this stuff regarding VtM-B, it's the best game ever, and a sense of nostalgy really lights up my blood...! I need to play this game again!!

In the beginning EVE got negative reviews cuz it wasent close to being finished, but it has grown by 90% since 2005. The new reviews of EVE is very positive.
But it isnt for everyone of course. Its an elite-style economic simulator.

@MadamMinty As long as we don't get a Vampire MMO where kids are jumping around typing in l33t speech and calling each other noobs, then I'm happy. Nothing would ruin the World of Darkness atmosphere more than people who don't take it seriously.

as already said a thousand times, it's just awesome! Even some little details that hardly anyone notices made me fall of the chair by laughing such as "copy paper of DOOM" or some suspicious peanut candy called "n&n's". They just gave this game its touch.

Sad to see this series end up en requiem.
Bloodlines is my favorite PC game so far released, here's hoping that while Trokia may be gone the liscence will be bought up.

It was called Kindred the Embraced and was made in the 90's. It was alright...a better budget would have made it more enjoyable and it was rather kindred politics heavy.
