That is tooooo funny. You need a bigger r/c boat and a longer launch rod. You can get 3' rods in almost any diameter needed at most hardware stores. Thats a pretty cool project.

longer launch rod sure but i think that also having the boat moving at a good speed might make it a bit more stable.
