HELP!: I have $ for down payment. I have HORRIBLE CREDIT. I have friend who has GREAT credit but no $ down. We've decided we want to buy a house, but the banks tell us because of my credit they can't lend. Is there lending out there via banks? What is it called? Are there other options? But that's the thing. The real estate markt in the Netherlands, Uk and USA differents from each other. And not only the markt, but the laws and rules too. So you can't practice easily what's being preach.
