  • Can the power be displayed in watts? or watts/hr? Or is it only in the "zones"?

  • @jack123ie typically it shows up in Watts. Zones are usually only for reference purposes once you have downloaded training info to Garmin Connect, Garmin training softaware or Training Peaks software.
