looks like alot of people do not know the capabilities of an auto trans... Trans brake's high stall converters... very nice for straight line drag and very consistent. A stick car is harder to be consistent in drags but very nice on race courses where you use the gears to help slow the car down. Yes guys use a stick on the strip but not so much in bracket racing. It just depends on how you use your ride.

@KapRowMeat well yea ...it just depends on how your setup, cause shift points are adjustable and you can make them handle more or less power... change the ratios ... get different trannies with more or less gears... all that fun stuff... you can even manually shift them... well sorta haha
