at 195lbs i hold a state record i squated 700lbs and i only trained my legs 3 times a month and still havent reached my limit cause i never got stock...but the most i squat now is 225lbs for 2 sets of 15 and thats enough cause strength means nothing...sometimes i squat 225lbs for a set of 60..to keep my full form and thats all..

@drush1218 drush, rack deadlifts have some benefits and drawbacks as you can imagine. Alot of people who use them dont realize that by overloading the weight like that is just putting unnessary stress on the body. Isabell is asking for a trap pull or spinal cord injury if she does them to much.

I may be wrong, but I can see only 10 plates of 45 pounds and the olimpic bar with another 45 pounds. That is 495 pounds, 90 pounds less than we can see in the title.

So friend this means that the distance has an affect on how much "power" is actually generated. No work can be done on a stationary object and this is damn near stationary. So she is producing power but it's by NO means "a lot." Just basic physics.
Since you seem to think that spitting out elementary physics terminology is indicative of intelligence, I'll break it down into simpler terms so that you understand. What is Force? Mass x Acceleration. The barbell has 0 acceleration to begin with, but she gives the weight a positive acceleration. Generating that acceleration means she is generating power. Since she begins at the top part of the lift with the weight not in motion, she has to generate more power to get it to move.
every inch or so above the knees can give you an extra 50-100lbs on the bar, especially if you make the lift into a tiny partial-squat. Even you could probably squat 500lbs up for a couple of inches.

Read the title. This is a --RACK-- deadlift. The range of motion is supposed to be only 6-12 inches. Her form is absolutely perfect for a rack deadlift. The purpose of rack deadlifts is to work on generating a lot of power at the top of the lift, which is arguably the hardest part of a deadlift. Don't criticize what you don't understand.

This is very impressive, That sort of weight i would be lucky just lifting it off the rack.
A woman at my gym squats that same weight about a 1/4 squat. About 8 to 10 reps.
