WHY is this video age restricted? Really? It tells me that YouTube supports the idea that women shouldn't be seen as strong and sexy, both of which being features that Lisa exudes. I don't think that is offensive to younger people.
I just gotta comment, I been watching a long time and watched your muscles grow into the sculpted person you are today. Don't get me wrong, you've always been muscular, but noticing a huge difference. and it's awesome how you continue to post very often. props :)
I have an old pair of ripped cut off jean shorts that have been with me forever. I ran my first triathlon in them. They are falling apart and horrible and i wouldnt trade them for the world.
Some may say that the clothing is not important, but sometimes that new pair of shoes shorts or a t shirt with a logo or saying on it can give you just the push you need. I know that when I wore a Marine Corps shirt I'd rather die then let anyone see me quit.
