It's a CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY THEATER GROUP. Most the cast was in middle school. They did fantastic for what there was to work with. I'm very proud of them. This video is really old though. The main girl is now in college and has improved so much and has starred in many shows and gotten amazing reviews.

totally agree... we have a tiny stage and far more dancers- and we make the most of what we have. the dancers didn't do anything the whole way through and looked too young to know how they should act. the costume also, was really restrictive so its pretty obvious they werent going for the dance aspect- in which case- whats the point in them being there...
