I'm still not quite sure what the truth really is. Having only been recently informed of this going on, I received that there're tons of people who say that he was innocent and jailed for something that he did not commit to, according to those who claim to have met him or know him personally. There are then those who point to the news and events of criminal proceeding that say that he did indeed commit the murder and that he deserved every bit of it. And THEN, there's a third group (continue)...
...(cont.) that seems to say/imply, even if he did commit the murder, he's still a sweetheart and that he can contribute greatly to the world; he doesn't deserve life-sen.
Here's the biggest problem for me: Each sides' credibility and POV is equally valid in my eyes, for their sources are equally valid. Perhaps then my only hope of getting to the raw truth of this matter is if I speak to him and some trusty whitnesses myself.
Concluding, I want to see the best in Harlow as any other human being on earth. I believe that all people are good by default and would always have some of that good in them during their bad times.

The personality that you saw in him may very well be the same as when you first met. In truth, no one knows for sure but Cuadra (and perhaps Kerekes) himself if he's actually committed the crime.
The problem with the news is a few things: 1) It's not always telling the truth, 2) It doesn't always have the correct info 3) It doesn't always have sufficient info and 4), most importantly, it only takes into account favorable BIASED info. There's always a chance that something in there is skewed.
i am still in disbelief. so cute he is, i didn't want it to be true and I find it intolerable that he is in jail for ever. I guess he will appeal. I really dislike all the hate mail here but, gosh, it is so difficult now to believe that he didn't do it.
happy that you share my feelings. but what can we do? we can just hope for an appeal. what was incredible to me was that he looked in court even more beautiful than be4 the whole misery started.
I watched the entire program. he was set up, and is totally innocent. The prosecution doesn't really care...like in the South regarding Blacks in the near past....just convict any "fags"(in this case)because they don't count as people. What a sad commentary this is on American "justice."
