  • YOU ARE THE CHEAP GRACE......you are so ignorant you do not know what you are talking about.YOU should preach the word of GOD....not working against it..and not slandering God's people specially those who are called to preach the TRUE GOSPEL.....we shall pray for your soul n the people that you are misleading that yur eyes will be opened....

  • One of the realities with truth, is that truth often gives the one who hears it, opportunity to abuse it. With that said we don't counterfeit the Good News. I have been made Holy because I believe and have received, and because I believe and have received I have also experienced. It is this experience that is so far greater than the fleeting pleasures of sin, therefore I dont WANT to sin. But!!!!! if I DO sin, I would never want to PRACTICE it.

This really is not complicated as some think.

  • yo dawg! i know you like videos! so i put a video in a video!

  • Who are these ppl

  • Grace is not cheap. Please mind what you say.

  • Please read Romans 6:14....

.... gosh.. What the hell is 'cheap grace'... Purely ridiculous.. How in the world is grace tearing out jesus christ?! Gosh... do you ever listen to Pastor Prince... MY GOODNESS SINCE WHEN DO WE SAY NEVER TO READ JAMES AND JOHN... YOU ARE JUST BLOODY ABSURD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD... LISTEN AND READ BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR BIG MOUNTH AND CRITICIZE..

  • I was raised it a Law Based Church, And the Pastor was always Preaching Hell Fire and Brimstone, and yelling at the congreation to live a HOLY LIFE, Yet the Pastor is a Hyporcrite, Judge, Respect of person, Lied, Anger,, yet I was to live HOLY and without sin, Are not those all sins.

  • Grace...the only way to Heaven...Do we willfully sin because we are under grace? God forbid.

  • I believe yhe second we receive Christ we become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. God's words, not mine. If Jesus is our Lord we will want to overcome sin with the help of the Holy Spirit. Although we are not judged for sin...for we are no longer under the law of sin and death, we still have works that we will do as children of God. Do we sin because we are under grace? God forbid.

  • Amen!!!

  • I agree with his message. The Apostle Paul clearly explains in Romans 6:1-4 that christians do not continue to sin so that the grace of God may abound. Once a believer has accepted Jesus as his Saviour, he is to be dead to sin (through denying himself, carrying the cross and following Jesus) and alive to God. That doesn't mean a christian will never, ever sin again. He may face strong temptation & fall into sin again, but his inner nature hates sin. I only cannot understand his dressing.

  • @opsvideo2008 Hmm.. Apostle Paul stated in Romans 5:20-21 "The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. " So when sin increases, grace increases even more so that we can find righteousness through grace :)

  • @opsvideo2008 said, "Romans 6:1-4...he is to be dead to sin (through denying himself, carrying the cross and following Jesus) and alive to God." But Paul didn't say "he is to be dead to sin", he said he IS dead to sin at the moment of faith. Obedience=doing the COMMAND of verse 11: "Even so consider yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus." Jesus died to all sins that were future; in Him so did I. It's not just that Jesus is dead to sin. I must say this of me.

  • @randwolfray In the beginning of Romans 6, the Apostle Paul is asking the roman christians whether they should continue (to live) in sin that the grace of God may abound. Evidently the romans didn't think it necessary to make any changes to their sinful lifestyles for Paul to ask this question. This is the same mindset as the cheap grace churches which this preacher is talking about...sin as much as you can & God's grace will cover all of them...which is spiritually wrong....cont'd.

  • @opsvideo2008 The doctrine of the cheap grace churches is clear heresy to anyone who knows what the bible teaches. What I am saying is that as long as a believer is fleah & blood, he can be tempted of the devil to fall into sin if he is not denying his flesh on a daily basis, not walking after the Holy Spirit on a daily basis, etc...The bible teaches that the grace of God is not a licence to sin but it also teaches the believer can find forgiveness from God should he sin.

  • @randwolfray In Romans 6:2-23 onwards, the Apostle Paul is explaining why christian believers should not sin...that they who were baptized in Christ, were baptized into His death, and just as Christ was raised from the dead, the believers SHOULD walk in newness of life ( Romans 6:4). Paul is telling the roman believers how they SHOULD live. In verse 15, he asks " Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? " ........cont'd..

  • @randwolfray ....It means a christian can still sin if he stops denying himself on a daily basis, if his old man is not crucified with Christ on a daily basis, if he is not walking in the newness of life in Christ on a daily basis, if he is not walking after the Holy Spirit on a daily basis...That is why 1 Corinthians tells us..."Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. " Thus it is possible for a careless christian to fall into sin & away from the faith.

  • @randwolfray Those believers who hold onto the false doctrine of " sinless perfection" of the believer, what are they going to do & what excuse are they going to give when at some future point in their lives, they happen to fall into sin? Some will quote 1 Corinthians 2:6 of the KJV bible as proof of the Apostle Paul speaking wisdom among those who are perfect. What they don't know is that the archaic & obsolete meaning of the word "perfect" in the KJV bible is actually "mature".

  • @opsvideo2008 Yes, starting In Romans 6 Paul deals with the behavior of the Christian, but the foundation for behavior is that in Christ the believer died to sin (the sinful nature and acts of sin- the root and the fruit). This is reality. Peter says the same thing in I Peter 2:24, only he specifies "sins" plural, meaning that in Christ the believer died to all acts of sin. The video hardly mentions that union, and proceeds to slander those who believe in God's grace...cont'd.

  • @opsvideo2008 In the Sermon on the Mount Jesus said, "Therefore, you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect" (Matthew 5:48). You can substitute the word "mature" there if you like - "You are to be mature, as your heavenly Father is mature." Who is as mature as God? Either way, we are sinners. The only hope is in union with Christ, who becomes our perfection and maturity. We then "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (I Peter 3:18).

  • @randwolfray In Matthew 5:48, when Jesus said.."Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. ", He is setting the goal or standard for His believers to work towards. It is the same thing with holiness as in 1 Peter 1:16 which says..." Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." These commandments are in contrast to unacceptable lifestyle of a believer willfully using the grace of God as a licence to remain in sin.

  • @opsvideo2008 My point: Romans 6 teaches that once a union with Christ represented by baptism has been established, once I can say of myself that I died in Christ to my sinful nature and deeds and I now live to God (Romans 6:11), that is either real or it isn't. If it's not just flowery language, you can't go back on it. Paul called us to "the obedience of faith" that it's impossible for us who died to sin to still live in it (we are not zombies). Paradox leads to true holiness.

  • @randwolfray A believer can be perfect but only when he is in Christ & doesn't rely on his own good works. Hebrews 10:14 tells us..." For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified." The believer is perfect when he is in Christ, has confessed & seek forgiveness from God for all his sins & relies on Christ's righteousness to cover him. But the moment he sucumbs to temptation, he is no longer perfect & will need to seek God's forgiveness again.

  • @opsvideo2008 I have already made my points in my earlier comments which explained that as long as the believer is still in the flesh & has a free will, he is still able to choose to sin, & therefore is vulnerable to falling into sin. The Apostle Paul, in chiding the Corinthians whether they should continue to sin, indirectly tells us the Corinthians, who were called "the saints of God", were actually sinning at the time of his epistle because they were carnal.

  • Grace, is never cheap. Grace is of God & God is not cheap.

  • This kONG hEE teaches that we need to provide our own holiness and our own righteousness, that Jesus' gift is not enough! Dose that sound right to you?! Ofcourse we dont say it is ok to sin, but if we do sin(which we all do), it is ok!

  • This kONG hEE taches that we need to provide our own holiness and our own righteousness, that Jesus' gift is not enough! Dose that sound right to you?! Ofcourse we dont say it is ok to sin, but if we do sin(which we all do), it is ok!

  • So see, who is nagging all these while. Doesnt mean you are a believer the day u accept Christ u wont sin, you still sin cos you are human. Pastor themselves do sin too.

  • I heard Joseph Prince:

"Right believing produce always right livining ."

  • @unitedontherock That completely just shut down everything Kong Hee just said. When You believe right you will live right and do the right thing..

  • "Right doing always follows right believing." I heard Joseph Prince say.

  • A wreath of thorns became Yr crown. My curse was laid upon Yr brow. Yr wounds displayed for all to see.Yr body torn to rescue me.My sins You're faithful to forget. B'cos Yr love n justice met. There at the cross upon that hill. Lord,U fulfilled the Father's will.My stain of sin,Yr Blood erased. My life redeemed,Lord by Yr Grace. Healed n restored in Yr embrace. Now all i see is Yr lovely face.Righteous n bold i come to U.Solely b'cos U gave.Yr life for mine upon that cross.Love made U take my place.

  • "Kong Hee takes time out - the church is suspected of embezzlement.

The congregation promises to take the necessary measures.

Kong Hee, the leader of the Singaporean Mega Church City Harvest Church, takes time out from church leadership.

Reason: The country's police investigating him, his wife, and at least another 16 members of the Church ".

  • sounds muslim.

  • @fealmor shut up! it dose not sound muslim...what a stupid thing to say, are you drunk?

  • From a swedish newspaper, Dagen:

"Kong Hee tar timeout - kyrkan misstänks för förskingring.

    Församlingen lovar vidta nödvändiga åtgärder.

Kong Hee, ledare för den singaporianska megakyrkan City Harvest Church, tar timeout från församlingsledarskapet.

Orsak: Landets polis undersöker honom, hans fru, och minst ytterligare 16 av kyrkans medlemmar".

  • @unitedontherock

do you know what happened between Ulf Ekman and Kong Hee?

  • Grace are for the undeserved people...Grace is unmerited and unearned, and it's not by work (doing right or wrong) that we are saved, it's all by the grace of Jesus. Since God has already shown an example for the forgiveness of our sins, we also ought to forgive others no matter how bad they are and advice them gently and graciously back to the right track, and not by condemning them. This will only make them avoid God even more, totally not the heart of God.

  • @JesusIsMyRest

    Thats so true!!

  • @JesusIsMyRest Every man is "the undeserved people"...which means "every single person on this planet"...

  • the grace of God will lead u to repentance and when u see that this most holy God still desires u after all u have done you want to change your behavior and live rightly before him that is grace

  • Errr hey you did not put up the whole sermon so how could you just determine what kind of person kong hee is by just some parts of the sermon. Just show the whole thing pls?

  • @rockpower11

This "few" parts are not like 30 second clips. nearly 20 minutes of sermons. It's a full out attack on the gospel of grace. We cant have that. Paul declared a double curse on preachers who do not preach his gospel of grace.

"As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other

gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed" (Gal. 1:9).

Jesus is all about grace. Revelations! Everyone's eyes are veiled by the law.

  • Kong Hee is just not doing himself and his church any favor by doing this. All Kong Hee does is to stir up people's curiosity about Pastor Prince is really preaching about. This is evidenced by the huge number of views for Pastor Prince's youtube sermons, as compared to the number of views for Kong Hee's sermons. Just make a cursory review, and we can see that Pastor Prince's youtube sermons have been viewed far more often than Kong Hee's.

  • I think when half your message is spent dissing 'cheap grace' churches..... I'm not sure how effective it is when you consider the fact that a church, God, Jesus, etc is supposed to represent unconditional love, support, kindness, peace... Sigh. But it's OK. He's still loved. I just feel bad for him.

  • @LovadyCC well singaporeans were never good at talking anyway, can't even diss someone properly, im fking ashamed to be born as one. i don't think kong hee is a christian, he's most likely satanic.

  • Dude, this is not a competition. You can hear the nervousness in his voice. When you start to put someone else down just to try and convince people that what you say is right, then, well, the discerning audience will know something is wrong.

  • I dun understand why Kong Hee said such things. Pastor Prince never said anything bout the license to sin. Kong Hee takes everything out of context here.

It is pure rubbish. Well, cheap grace? You just negated the righteousness that Jesus came down to give us! Grace is never cheap! Jesus paid the price!

  • @eclecticderby dude i bet he doesn't know half of what the fk he's talking about

  • Like Kong mentioned, can anybody tell me which Church or Pastor says that it is all right to sin?

  • No normal church says that it is all right to sin.

As Joseph Prince allways say: "How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein"?

  • @flyingsystem Once again let me say, you're an idiot. We never said its all right to sin. We just stated that under grace you will feel so loved that you yourself will not sin. Dumbass

  • @Bleachrebellion Just go and listen from part 1 to 3. There are pastors in Singapore may not agree with other pastors but they do respect each other! What's out from your mouth is from your heart. Don't forget you are the light & salt of the world.

  • Why is this Pastor so loud hah? Is he trying to cover up his wife's fall from grace and for leaving his church for the secular world seeking fame and riotously making a sexy video to make him so proud of her. You can't convince God's people if you use the pulpit to run down another servant of God when you can't uphold discipline in your own turf. Suggest you be introspective and get a life. You need help and there's still hope for you and your wife.

  • @cilantree nah just let him burn in hell and see how it feels like

  • Yah lor! He gives me the creeps hearing him preach like that. He is so jealous and wants to be like Pastor Prince but still got no standard leh! Not in a million years!!! What I dislike most is about his dressing, like some "cheap" rock band boy in my opinion. Oh, but there again can't really blame him... he is after anything that is "cheap" hor - that explains it!!!

  • this guy makes me laugh and feel sorry for him at the same time. the bible says that out of the abundance ot the heart proccedeth the mouth and boy does its show that he still needs maturing... the pastor ur hinting at is the very person who under the inspiration of the holy spirit introduced me to the truth and that was after more the ten yrs of ur style of preaching. its old fashion and obsolete these sutto holiness preachers need to get healed and then take the pulpit to "minister"

  • CHC or New Creation aren't we suppose to be one in the Body of Christ? Im not from both churches but things like this dont give CHC or New creation a bad image but sure does give Christianity a bad image.. and it gives another reason for unbelievers and atheist to prove their point

  • @michelle1928 Actually, it just makes CHC look bad. All is not lost, as i recall NCC responded pretty graciously....

  • @michelle1928 the one who gives a bad image is the one who preaches cheap grace and proserity gospel

  • Kong Hee ! Whom are this cheap grace churches? You list up Cheap grace Churches from Scandinavia, Asia, Africa, America.

Do yoy talk about the churches that Prince has visit.?

  • Did you mean that CHC members are stumbled and leaving the church in massess and going over to New Creation Church?

  • thats a good one

  • Read Eph 5:25-27.

But do we see this in KH and Sun? Hes just letting her do as she likes? You dont call this a good hubby, do you?So obvious, he cant control her anymore and thus, he wasting his time to create those cultural mandate to support her licientious lifestyle. She never once was proud to highlight her status of being a married woman. Shame on her ! She doesnt even dare to be identified with her hubbys church, what more to be identified as a married woman?

  • who are u to judge without knowing all the good works she has done? do u even know Sun build alot of orphanage and build school in China? and say who she not proud to highlight she is married? she even brought her son Dayan to US, and Pastor Kong visit her so often.. isnt it clear she is married? u are ridiculous..

  • I have never heard that they try to hide the marrige. Konh Hee talks a lot about Sun every time he visiting Word of Life in Sweden.

What iI fine hard to understand, is that Pastor Hee and his wife lives so far away from each other. It is not a good example. Reminds my more of Beckham and Victory than a christian couple.

  • Btw, PK claims on Daystar Television Newwork: "The ministry of City Harvest Church is built upon the Great Commandment, the Great Commission and the Cultural Mandate. With this, the church has grown to more than 44,000, with its members penetrating society and the marketplace, engaging as salt and light in the city of Singapore." So much for a church who claims to be "big" but yet is running in deficits. Go check out CHC's Financial Statements on their website.

  • sighCHC has gone overboard with the cultural mandate. PK needs to repent and bring CHC back to Jesus.

  • sighmake no mistake about itwhat Sun is today is cos of PK. remember, he asked her to do it. sighas long as PK is the Chairman of CHC Board, he has the power to get anything done his way. Its all about control. Ever wonder why CHCs website never feature any other pastors of CHC except the founder? Go figure..

  • aiyoo.. u talk as if u have been eyeing on CHC website.. plse lah.. they feature other pastors for quite a few yrs.. its only recently they change their website design and prefer to leave those out.. u meant to say every church website must put all pastors picture n profile? u know chc got how many pastors or not? how many staffs or not? another ridiculous statement.

plain accusation over n over again.

  • Yes, It is quit natural that Churches put the main pastors picture in profilewebsite.

  • sigh...isn't it strange that the only PK is featured on CHC website and not the other pastors? Considering he is supposedly the only pastor who is a volunteer and does not receive a salary. Shouldn't the other pastors who are paid a salary be on the website as well? FYI, even the 2nd-in-charge Pastor Tan Ye Peng is not even there! Strange, isn't it? Either PK is power-hungry or hiding something...hmmm...

  • u really thinking too much.seriously u need to get a life. all pastors were featured long ago for a very long period. y cant website have different designs? y must show all the staffs? do u even know hw many pastors are there in CHC now? plse do not assume too much. presumption is also a sin.

my advice to u is .. pray for him rather than critizing him with assumed facts. read up your bible too. talebearing is a form of sin as well.

let him who is without sin cast the first stone.

  • Precisely! People don't know how many pastors there are in CHC! Why hide?

  • here u are talking bout sin sin sin ----- pls. grace.

  • sighPastor Kong Hee is an angry and confused man..lets pray for himits one thing to love your wife, but another to condone her slutty imagesighCHC members are stumbled and leaving the church in massess and going over to New Creation Churchsigh..lets stop this madness.

  • u say lets pray.. i wonder did u really ever pray? dont let the same judgment be measure back to u... enough said..

  • If you had heard the seminary from Word of Life, Sweden about "crazy grace" and "antinomianism" and only sit still and not come up with any questions, I think thast you would have been unresponsible. If a preacher tells white-lies and not upperate in the true, than it is our duty, i think, to bring it out in the light, in the same proportion that the lies was told.

  • @StarsAlways

Hey just becos we believed grace is our everything doesnt mean we dun pray. I heard that CHC must have breakthrough prayers and breakthrough tithes. breakthrough wat? Jesus already broke through 2000 years ago! You dun need to fast or force urself to pray for hours! and using fear and bondage to get more tithes is pathetic. Come on, get the revelations why you tithe, or ur tithe which comes from fear and law without revelations comes with no blessings of God.

  • sigh..time will tell if Pastor Kong is doing the right thingsmeanwhile Pastor Joseph Prince is surpassing him. Pastor Prince has been in the limelight recently for many good works. In fact, he is now the ONLY pastor of a megachurch in Singapore who does not draw a salary and is also not the Chairman of his church council. Wow! This sets a precedent for other megachurches in Singapore. All for the glory of Jesus!

  • sorry, u got your fact wrong.. JP is not the only pastor of megachurch who doesnt draw a salary..

  • my facts are right...Pastor Joseph of NEW CREATION CHURCH is the ONLY pastor of a meagachurch in Singapore who does not draw a salary AND is also not the Chairman of his church council! That sets a new standard for all megachurches in Singapore. PK is still the head of CHC church board.
