I think it is humorous how the average person may denounce capitalism and start saying things like "against human nature" and yada yada pretty much reducing people to as good as animals with no motivation for improvement. But then at the same time say these are the reasons that ideologies like fascism are so cruel and must be stopped (watch an education for death cartoon.) So yes, a religiously driven and motivated communism would be ideal for christianity. But the problem is the bible and jesus and many others in the bible seem to portray that humans are just too bad, & therefore does not try to declare it a sin. Workers' councils and a bourgeoisie bureaucracy are hardly the same thing. Workers could elect their representatives directly from their number, allowing them to personally know their representatives. If they see that their rep is not voting as they would like him to, they can immediately replace him with another rep. No one supporting the bourgesoisie would last long in this system.

A type of a communist parliamentary system. But a parliamentary system is viable only in stable societies, and theres hardly any consensus among communists. It would be worse than in Italy, where they are constantly changing the prime minister.
