  • Why are Iranians and Kurds always so proud ;-)

Anyways, I really admire this song. This is a peaceful celebration of Kurdish culture. I wish the Kurds peace and freedom. Please Kamkars, come to Germany !!!

  • I'm proud to be Iranian. من به ایرانی بودنم افتخار می کنم.

  • who likes kurdish people, kurdish people like there.

  • I am Kurdish! But please enjoy the music and stop killing each other. A proud and peaceful Kurd!

  • you should be proud of Kurdistan....this records history

  • 98% of the Kurds in Iran wants independence (including the Kermanshani and Laki Kurds). Just beacuse we are Iranic, doesn't mean we want to be (believe me, I'm a Kurd from Iran, I know this). The Kermanshani Kurds are more nationalistic then people think, and Laki Kurds are pissed of because Persian ''historians'' dare to call Karim Khan Zand a Lur and Persian ruler, despite the fact that he was the chief of the Laki Kurds.

Anyway - Her biji Kamkaran, awe muzika gelek xoshe! :)

  • @Bokan995 We are not "IRanic"! we are Aryan!

  • @maymonk

    What's the difference? -.-

  • @Bokan995 The difference is, although we share linguistic and cultural similarities witht he Farsi speaking people of Iran, we are not a branch off of them. We are a distinct race, you wouldnt refer to Kurds as Germanic would you? No, we are Indo-European or Aryan, not IRANIC. The Mongol Turks try to refer to Kurds as Turkish too. This is just another method of trying to assimilate Kurdish culture into theirs.

  • @Bokan995 There have been many Kurds throughout history who have been referred to as Turk or Arab or Persian. Cyrus was half kurdish, but hes still referred to as a Persian King. Even non-middle eastern archaeologists continue to credit Iran or Iraq with archaelogical finds, such as the Shanidar caves. One day we will have a seperate country and rid ourselves of mongols, sand ni**ers, and pedophila-mullah worshipers!

  • @maymonk

That's the spirit my brother! :D

    Her biji! ;)

  • @Bokan995 hhhh brakit nm, khushkm hhhh

  • @maymonk

    How should I know? XD

    Nah - sorry ;D

    But still, her biji ;)

  • @Bokan995 kay nakat bra, zor supas!

  • President Carter got the peace prize too. You know Obama was nominated for the Nobel Peace prize twelve days after taking office. Upon acceptance of winning it, Obama was praised by the committee, "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy". . They also gave the peace prize to Yasser Arafat, the leader of the PLO, the best known terrorist organization on the globe. This is like giving it to David Duke, the former Grand Wizard of the KKK.

  • stop talking about Kurds or Turks.. WE ARE ALL IRANIANS... :)

  • @TheMrszahra How can one compare Kurds with Turks? Kurds are the aboriginal inhabitants of Middle East, but Turks invaded and inhabited this area just a few centuries ago. They ruled Iran since their invasion, and even now the big part of the Iranian regime is made of these people including the supreme leader. Kurds are true Iranians more than anybody else. Unfortunately they have been under discrimination for years. The history that you learn in Iran and Turkey is not the truth.

  • @marioepsilon : bikhial baba.....sakht nagirid... hameye donya darand marze nezhad parastie beyne keshvar ha ro bar midarand.. unvaght ma hanuz tu nezhad haye dakhele keshvare khodemun mundim....

  • @TheMrszahra It is not about racism. I am internationalist myself. It is all about truth, equality and freedom. When Kurds want equal rights, like being able to practice their language at school (which is the only remaining of the ancient Pahlavi language) they need to talk about the true history in order to be able to justify their claims. BTW, people are uniting in the world economically and maybe politically but no-one wants to and should forget their history and culture.

  • @marioepsilon : okkkk.. harfetun kamelan manteghi bud

  • @TheMrszahra since when are MONGOLS THE SAME AS ARYANS?:? are you f**ing stupid??? There are no similarities ethnically, linguistically or culturally. Anyyyyy similarities are solely islamic. KURDS ARE NOT IRANIANS they are indo-europeans. Its the same as saying Persians are Median. Referring to Kurds as an IRANIC people is simply another assimilation tactic. Iran wants to create a nationalistic mentality for a reason, referring to a wide variety of ppls as Iranic!!!

  • thnks of kamkar and any kurd people i proud of brave kurds

  • Great music :)

  • @m29422 : thank you brother!

  • @m29422 I love you to :)

  • Fuck off, son os the bitch, Iran belongs to Iranian. If you don't consider yourself Iranian Kords then you are traitorous.

  • The pride of Kurdish music..this is it ..pure Kurdish music, not like anyother,it just moves you hay hay hay

  • bzhi kamkars !!!!!!! <3

  • our problem has been that we are being ruled by arbs in iran. Just this noruz, tajick leader said that noruz started from tajikestan. All of our scientists, poets, are stolen by others, and now we have started a fight among ourselves about kurds and others.Just to remind you all that persian empire was from tajikestan to Egypt to to north of africa to Gorjestan for thusands of years, and in all of that all lived happyly. So stop this nonsece about separation.

  • They are kurdish, no need for discussions.

    Afferin Kamkaran!

  • kheily ali bud , baese eftekhare mast .

  • I'm a Kurdish linguistic researcher, I have read many texts which belongs to sasanian empire,as a kurdish person, I could understand their language easily, this means that sasanians were Kurds.

  • @ibomend

    Sassanids were Persian.

    They spoke Persian language

    They fought for Persia

    They called themselves Persians

They came from the Southwestern Iranian tribe

(Kurds came from the Northwestern Iranian tribe)

They had Persian people, Persian kings, Persian fathers & Mothers.

    They had Persian capitals!!

Kurds have nothing to do with Sassanids. Live with it.

  • @ibomend

And I think that ancient Ruins written by Achaemenid & Sassanid Persian kings and professional scientists tells the right thing. Not a ''Kurdish linguistic researcher''.

  • spectacular work by the kamkars...

  • Great Song, Biji Kurdistan

  • AWESOME real art no more no less kurd is the best

  • The Kurdish people must not be divided!

Why Persians, Turks and Arabs divid us?

Persian relationship does not mean captivity.

    Relationship means good neighborship.

Therefore freedom for all parts of Kurdistan.

  • Biji Kurdistan

  • My brothers,

Don't forget that : We have not many nations in Iran !

There is only ONE NATION and that is IRANIAN !

We are all from one familly and must put Republic Tyrannical out of our house.

    We Shall Win

  • kurdish music is simply best

  • The oppression against the Kurdish nation is because of the regime in Iran. The regime is not the true representative of persian nation, so that you can see they kill the persian too.

For sure the tyranny in Kurdestan is much more Worse.

But we (I am a Kurd) don't need to hate other ethnics, when the problem is the regime.

Be sure that in a democratic and a (federative) country all ethnics can live with each other in peace and with love.

May be Other parts of the Kurdestan can Join us too.

  • Har beji Kamkaran

    Azadi bo Kurdistan!

The persian nation must apologize for their oppression against the Kurdish nation!

  • @sistaaraz1 Hevali mn, persians and Kurds are brothers. Im Kurdish i have manny Persians friend here in Europe. • @alishirvani dont lie iranian hate kurds im kurd myself and we have no wrights in iran

  • @navidforfan

I don't think so. If you read thru all the comments here, you see that no Iranian has made any derogatory statements about Kurds. I think you are mixing the politicians & politics with the ordinary Iranian citizens.

  • @alishirvani when we compare turks, arabs and persian people, persian people are more kind and peaceful and did alot for humanity.in the past times iran regimes did a lot cruelties against kurdish people, but l as a kurd,l love persian people and my choice wld be persian people to live with, instead of arabs or turks.even today,to be honest,l dont like iran regime when u see they hang countless kurdish politicians.in many ways we r look like each other.some people may not agree but thats my opinion.

  • @sismiria Iranian regime has executed countless number of people in the past 30 years, including many Kurds, Turks, Arabs, Balochis, & Persians.

  • 1.go and listen their persian song, 2.go and read history

    the real iranier are kurds

    Viva Iran.viva freedom

  • super zef spas from west Anatolia one of the 30millin Kurds in Anatolia slav ji wera.

  • What you mean with "your country" ?

1-Kurds could unite Iran for the first time and establish the first empire in Iran.

2-In reality, Iran is indebted to Kurds and this country belongs more to Kurds than others.

3-Before Islam, Kurds had always very high positions in almost all dynasties.

4-Kurds are not in minority, now we have more than 40 million people that speak Kurdish and many other Kurds (e.g. north of Iran) that speak Persian.

5-Now the rulers of Iran are Arabs. We have to free Iran.

  • @Truelovinglove we have first to free ourselfs let the persians free themself

  • @Truelovinglove 1. Iran/Persia had it's largest Empire during Sasanian and Hakhamaneshi kingdoms long before Kurds.

    2. Iran is not indebted to Kurds, Kurds are indebted to Iran for saving them from annihilation by foreign attacks in the last 1000 years.

    3. Before Islam there were no Kurds, there were Mede and Persian and Aryan tribes.

  • @Hesam0000 continued:

    4. I agree, the current rulers of Iran are Arabs and illiterate people who love Arabs who attacked and burned Iran and killed and raped Iranians in 600-700a.d.

Do some research about the true origin of Kurds.

  • @Hesam0000

And we were the medes. The same langauge, the same outfits, same food, same poetry same of everything.

  • @SteauaBucuresti Medes didn't speak Kurdish buddy, they didn't wear same outfits, the poets of Medes time are all unknown and nothing else matches kurds. Up until 100 years ago Kurds were just mixed-blood tribal shepherds living in mountains. The medes are a 6000 year old tribe and they migrated allover the middle-east and Russia in the last 2000 years. But Kurds seek major identity and they make one up from Persia's ancient Medes.

  • @Hesam0000 You are the worse devil that belong to a backwarded underclass, You had not even clothes and shoes, you only belong to desert. You had to eat camels shit to survive and drink their piss instead of water. Uneducated crap you do not know a damn thing about world history. We Kurds are a proud impire nation. You just shit in your pants, when you hear of our brave name KURDS. Nobody can defeat us, so keep your fucking mouth shut.

  • @hoshange HAHAHAHAHA YOU CAN'T EVEN SPELL EMPIRE HAHAHAHA

Retard, look at Kurds pictures from just 100 years ago. They were nomad shepherds. Then look at Persian's pictures from 2000-1000-500 years ago, they were rich, beautiful, civilized people. Don't lie to yourselves. The best any Kurd can wish for is to be considered an Iranian. After seeing some of you assholes I'm begining to wish you all move to Iraq and live with other needle-in-cheeks bijiJiji worshipers.

  • @Hesam0000 yah and that's why the Kamkars performed for the 2003 Nobel Peace Prize Concert... this just shows how rich Kurdish culture is, instead of bringing Persian musician who's culture and music is basically Arabic... have u seen Persian dance ? and so what we were nomad shepherds and i dont care if our history is 10 years old... i will still be a proud Kurd because we have a pure culture that has not been influenced by Arabs unlike urs

and stop hating on Kurds and get a life man

  • @holoti18 To every mature, logical adult a Kurd is an Iranian, just like Azaris or Baluchis. When they invite Kamkars it's because they're Iranian & at this time they're performing folk-songs from Iran. The "rich" part of Kurd history as short as that histpry is, is the Iranian side of it which we call "Persian".Persian used to mean a race but since long ago Persian means "from Persia" or "from Iran" or "Iranian" Persian culture & music is totally different from Arabic, it's Zartoshti in nature.

  • @holoti18 By the way you got me wrong. The only thing I hate is seeing Iranian Kurdish guys talk crap about Iran, demand independence & separation from Iran then continue by saying we're Medes! As if they want our history but their own lands!

To me,I repeat,Kurds are Iranian with "part" mede blood, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being shepherds or being Kurds,I love Iranians so if any of you haters noticed I was trying hard to keep you (kurds) one of us even when you tried to run away!

  • @Hesam0000 can you guys watch a lovely clip like this, enjoy it and be proud of it withtout getting into some mud throwing and political name calling? why cant you enjoy music for the sake of music? why cant you be proud that a lady from your country won the prize and was enlightened enough to entertain ethnic and folkrolic music for the occasion??

  • @hotboyclarence Can't we watch the clip, enjoy the music, be proud of the shorty and have a political argument on the side?! I thought this is a democracy. Who said we enjoyed the music for the sake of something else? who said we enjoyed the music at all? not all people think like you, you know :)

  • @Hesam0000 Becareful you sound like a stupid racist !!

  • @rawautube I'm a REAList not a Racist dumbass. Kurd is not a race it's a tribe, a tribe with a mixture of up to 10 races and blood mixes. Every one of us is like that, we're all mixed. Those of you who think you're 1 pure, untouched race are pure morons. And when Kurds say "We had an Empire" they're trying to tie themselves to Medes and then to Achamaenids which is bullshit even though some Kurds do have some mix of Mede blood .

  • @Hesam0000, please can u tell us what is the meaning of your name, and where came from. and explain the relationship between Persian, Farsi language and Arabic language, i see a little difference, the difference just in pronouncing words. it is strange, why Persian with this big empires and long history do not have a pure language......Kamkars, shams ensemble, Sharam nazeri, bahman Qubadi...........etc are Kurd, that their freedom is restricted...

  • @mamarut My name Hesam or as Arabs pronounce it "Osaam' means Sharp/Sword. It's an Arabic name like majority of Iranian names because of Iranian's Shia religion. Farsi language is a totally different language than Arabic but since we adopted Arabic religion in 7th century AD we've converted to Arabic alphabet. We've also adopted some words from Arabic language. Persians do have a pure farsi language but 7000 years of history can made so many changes in people, language and culture. Continued:

  • @mamarut continued: The restriction on Kurds and other minorities in Iran are not by Persians or majority but by IRI, a dictatorial, self-appointed, fascist regime. IRI is not only against minorities they're against real Persians and their lifestyle, religion and customs. Kurds are part of Iran just as Azaris, Baluchis, Armenians & Assyrians are. That's what creates empires, all of it's different but beautiful parts. Hitler was an example of single-race empire & you know what happened to him!

  • @Truelovinglove There are 40 - 60 million kurds world wide

  • nima sun

people like you have one thing in common...and that is IGNORANCE

never in my life have i heard that kind of bullshit

  • Some of you Kurds who have been left outside of modern Iranian borders are really confused.

    Kurds are ethnic Iranians!

Only way Kurds will stop being Iranian is if they change their language, culture, history and genetics.

  • NimaSun: Xoa Kurd bekozhe wa toy be aqil kesa la sarman akay!

hahaha wow u r one good teacher telling us that were Iranian and u with your little brain trying to tell us what u think u know? hahahaha GO read some history then come here talk about Kurds and where they came originally... Kurds are ONLY ONE KUR. Let me tell you something u little ignorant persian... The word "Iran" came from the Kurds "Aryans"... before Gay Cyrus ruled over "GAY PERSIA" Kurds were known as Iranian, but !!!!!

  • Even the intelligent ultra-nationalistic Kurds out of Iraq are delusional and ignorant. They twist the facts of history and linguistics to suit their own agenda with regards to their little village, THE WORLD IS NOT STUPID, the only people they are fooling is little villagers like yourself.

Only reason why I'm replying to you little rats is because you KEEP insulting Iranians.

  • tanaka001 i should 50% of persian language is Arabic just listen after when u speak persian;)

  • 50% of Persian is Arabic? I dont think so. You've been listening to Mullahs too much, go to Shiraz or Esfahan and listen to real Persian.

Also ask a Persian and Kurd to say the word "Rooh" (ghost) and then make your mind up on who says it with a deep throat Arabic accent.

    :-)

  • mr NimaSun the very word Rooh as you call it is an Arabic word meaning soul in English its not a Farsi word at all remember..kurd have richer vocabulary than (Arab, Fars and Turk), cause our language took words from them, but they dont so if someone to wants to differentiate between languages in Middleeast should be kurd no Fars...and i belive you too are Lori kurd dont deny it..

  • The origin of the word not the issue, its pronunciation is, and no I'm not Lori.

  • kurds have 85% own aryan words while persian has 60& own vocabulary:)

  • LIVE LONG THE KURDS AND KURDISTAN !!!

  • Longe live for kurd s & kurdistan

  • kurds are nothing like iranians and will never be biji kurdo kurdistan

  • biji Iran

  • Kurds are NOT IRANIANS!

  • This was when Shirin Ebadi got an award for work for rights for women.

The Kamkars are here representing Iran while singing and dressed in Kurdish.

Why would Iran do this while Iraq, Turkey and Syria puts a ban on being Kurdish?

Because Kurds are Iranian, the language being heard is the language spoken by the Medes and Parthians, 2 of the main pillars of Iran and Iranians today.

As an Iranian I'm immensely proud of this!

  • And I as a Kurd I am honored to share my culture with fellow Iranians.

You've made some good points. I hope our people will sit down and get this problem between us solved, so we can grow stronger together, in mutual respect. Just as Ghassemlou wanted it.

  • The matter between kurds and persians will never be resolved until one race is wiped. There is no mutral respect between kurds and persians and there will never be any

  • go back to your cave crazy animal whats wrong with you fuck the islamic republic, but even in my very political family there are persians so stfu with you hitler stuff
