Because they still live a nomadic lifestyle. Their population centers are stagnant. Cavalry charges isnt as intimidating as it used to be. Maybe if they had ICBMS. hehe
Thats because Turks originated from Mongolia. Whether it be demographics, climate or just political motivation, tribes would be evicted and forced to migrate across central Asia.
@MidnightStar1000 The first reference to Turks were the Gokturks. A tribe that originated from Mongolia. Turks dont speak indo-european. They speak Altaic.
@MidnightStar1000 For many centuries, the Orkhon Valley was viewed as the seat of the imperial power of the steppes. The first evidence comes from a stone stele with runic inscriptions, which was erected in the valley by Bilge Khan, an 8th century ruler of the Göktürk Empire.
Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape (Mongolian: Орхоны хөндийн соёлын дурсгал) sprawls along the banks of the Orkhon River in Central Mongolia
They still are, sort of. China still have Inner Mongolia united. Outer Mongolia would be a complete the set. With Japan and Korea, that would have been almost all of East Asia.
It is not true to say that the Mongols united China. China was a great united empire in the Tang Dynasty. It was the invasion of the various nomadic tribes that occupied northern China in the Sung Dynasty. Then the Mongols conquered all these nomadic races and then they mowed down all the Chinese. Contribution? No, none at all. Basically it was a human disaster that caused civilization to go back a few centuries.
Ironically, the two biggest invasions and achievements of the Mongol hordes - Russia and China -, created the foundations of these two nations that last until today. I.e. United china, and paved the way for Chinese nationalism (which led to the Ming Dynasty, and an even more unified Chinese society). And now these two big ex-achievements of the Mongols, are using modern Mongolia as a political and diplomatic buffer state! What a sad and ironic end.
So Genghis Kahn was not in part in the invasion of China or the Persia/Russia/Hungary?
Hes was more like the mastermind behind the attack and the forging of the Mongolian army? I didnt not understand this, Or is this video about what happend with the Mongolian Empire after The Great Kahn was dead? If someone could help me understand i would apreachiate it! thx
@NewRadicalls genghis khan unified the mongol tribes, streamlined much of the military tactics used and reformed the law, as well as making huge social progresses. his conquests were mainly towards the islamic khwarezmid empire and areas around the original mongolian lands. he essentially created the foundation for a great empire but never lived to see it at its apex. hopefully that helped =)
@xxjarv15xx no they didn't. they mongols mainly slaughtered for logistical purposes. taking prisoners consumed too much resources (the army itself was already massive!) and leaving them may result in rebellion. so cities were often slaughtered. but rape, by mongolian law, was strictly forbidden and punishable by death. hopefully that helped!
If anyone does know, the only country that was able ever defend their land against the Mongols 3-4 times over was the VIETNAMESE! The Mongols tried to conquer the Vietnamese empire called the "Dai Viet" at the time, however failed over and over again!
@waspnag They only said the Mongol Empire was the largest empire the world HAD ever seen, the British one was larger but i think the Mongol Empire was the largest connected one ever.
@FallschirmjagerElite your right the British empire was the largest empire the world has yet seen guess that why they used to say "the sun never sets on the British empire"
@FallschirmjagerElite "By landmass the British was slightly bigger". Yes, but the British took 250+ years to amass it while the Mongols did it in 2-3 generations. Mongols also always fought by themselves and were outnumbered, while Brits employed the service of colonized people.
@FallschirmjagerElite Actually, thats only true if you count Britan's vassal countries, if you were to count the vassal countries of Mongolia as well, then the Mongolian Empire is bigger
more than the half of this empire were hold by TURK tribes, and this is a historically proven fact...man the title of the horde alarms all rational historians
I'm Ukrainian. My nation was occupied by the Mongols. No hard feelings though. Mongolian warriors are some people to look up to, Ghenghis Khan is my personal idol.
mongolians, koreans, the hans, manchus are all brothers. (BUT NOT CHINESE.)
JUST THINK IT AS LIKE HOW AMERICA and AUSTRALIIA is. THEY ARE ALL FROM ENGLAND and 200 YEARS LATER. THEY ALL HAVE DIFFERENT COUNTRY BIRTH CERTIFICATES and IF YOU WOULD ASK AN AUSTRALLIAN IF THEY ARE BRITISH, THEY WOULD SAY "NO! IM AUSTRALIAN" ITS THE SAME SHIT. MONGOLS KOREANS MANCHUS and HANS were from one family back in the days.
@sls323 It's interesting that Korean call themselves Han gyeore and it means "the Hans". The official name of S. Korea is Dae Han Min Guk or Han Guk. Dae Han Min Guk means "The Great Hans country", Han Guk means The Hans country.
@TheXanian The Manchus whom you've met are actually Manchurian-Chinese. They are nothing but Chinese today. Manchus belonged to Altaic language speaking people, they have semi-nomadic tradition and their origin is closely related to Korean. They once conquered China and ruled there for hundreds of years. But unfortunately almost all Manchus were disappeared in the world.
@KoriSenbay The Manchus did not disappear, there r millions of Manchu in today's China. Manchu doesn't belong to Altaic language speaking ppl, stop making use of the excuse of Altaic brothership, it doesn't exist at all. All are political. Unfortunately, u can't even accept the fact that Manchu conquered Korea. Chin at least acknowledge being conquered, but Korz just avoid the word "conquer" at all times. Even though they've defeated and submitted to Qing as a vassal state.
@canadianfirzen The Manchus whom you mention is just Manchurian-Chinese. I know that Manchurian-Chinese do not belong to Altaic language speaking people anymore because Manchurian-Chinese lost their ancestors' language. That's why I say that Manchus disappeared.
Manchus conquered China but they not Korea.
Korean founded Joseon dynasty in 1392 AD.
Manchus founded Kim dynasty in 1616 AD.
Manchus conquered China in 1644 AD.
Korean Joseon dynasty was annexed by Japan in 1910 AD.
@KoriSenbay Manchu language didn't disappear. Manchu language is still spoken in some parts of today's China. Plus, Altaic =\= Kor......
show me in wat way Kor defeated the manchus... u keep tellin the same thing even though u don't show me any evidence. Kim dynasty in 1616? watever....
@canadianfirzen MANCHURIANS, MONGOLIANS, THE HUNS(HANS), AND KOREANS ARE FROM SAME FAMILY. THEY ARE ALL BROTHERS. BUT THEY ALL GOT SEPERATED. MANY KOREANS STILL HAVE the "MONGOLIAN BIRTHMARKS" on them. AND BESIDES, EVEN MONGOLIANS AND MANCHURIANS SAID THEY ARE BLOOD RELATED TO KOREANS. NO JOKE.
NO JOKE. MONGOLS CALLED THEIR RULING DISTRICTS "HAN GOOKs" AND KOREA IN KOREAN IS HAN GOOK. AND IN KOREAN HISTORY THEY HAVE ALOT OF RECORD SAYING MANCHURIANS AND MONGOLS ALWAYS SENT GIFTS TO CHOSUN DYNASTY
@sls323 BECAUSE THEY OBEY CHOSUN AS THEIR FATHER COUNTRY.
THEY LAST EMPIRE OF CHINA WAS CALLED "QUING" AND THEY EMPERORS SURNAME WAS SOMETHING CALLED "AISIN JAIRO" WHICH MEANT "I LOVE AND REMINANSE THE SHILLA DYNASTY" IN CHINESE.
AND THE "QUING EMPIRES HISTORY BOOK" (WHICH YOU COULD STILL FIND IN BEIJING UNIVIERSITY) CLEART SIGNIFICEs THAT THEIR EMPEROR AISIN JAIROs ARE FROM KOREAN PENINSULAR. AND MAYBE THE FALLEN SHILLA EMPIRES' DESCENDENTS.
@KoriSenbay korea was a dependency of qing dynasty idiot mongols didnt consider u as a "brother" and Han are chinese not korean, chinese ppl are made up of 56 ethnicities. stop faking history
@sodaxcandy08 Although Manchus conquered Mongol, Uighur, and China, they had no intention of occupying Korea. No invaders could conquer Korea in history and indeed even 1 million (total 3 million including noncombatants) invaders were not able to conquer Korea. The origin of Manchu is closely related to Korean and Manchus obviously knew it. I know that after Manchus founded an empire they tried to have an influence on Korea but it does not mean that Korea was a dependency of Manchus empire.
@KoriSenbay your comments is so interesting, you are right, even during the Sui dynasty and Tang dynasty, our troops still can't conquer Korean pensula. In some degree, your people are great.
@KoriSenbay your comments is so interesting, you are right, even during the Sui dynasty and Tang dynasty, our troops still can't conquer Korean pensula. In some degree, your people are great. On contrast, we have no interested in the land out of the great wall, for we thougt they aren't good for the argriculture, furthere we have our own problem and we are educated by Confucius, who telled our be harmony with your neiboughers if they are not a trouble.
@sunny130627 After Huns destroyed Chinese country, various Altaic ethnic groups occupied northern China and founded their own kingdoms here and there. Senbi were one of the invaders. At that time Senbi also occupied northern China and founded their countries there. I mean Su and and Tang were not Chinese country but Senbi invaders' countries. Especially there was no Chinese country on earth when Senbi's Su dynasty finished conquering southern China.
@KoriSenbay: I agree with you in some degree. the historian thinks the emperors of Sui and Tang dynasty have Sarbi blood, but there's no difference for us. We thought we are chinese, because of our chinese culture instead of the blood.
@sunny130627 Senbi had Altaic origin whereas Chinese had Sinitic origin. Moreover Senbi had seminomadic culture whereas Chinese had agricultural culture. I mean Senbi invaders were totally different people from Chinese.
@KoriSenbay I agree with that. we are different from begining, but we became the same people in the end.
We don't care about the past history, we just focus on the current. In the past Senbi and Chinese may be different and ever was enermies. but after long history, we find a way to be a family. I don't know how many chinese have senbi bloods and how many people knows that, but the case is that Senbi people became one of the resources for the modern chinese people just like manchurian peoples.
@sunny130627 Senbi were Altaic people and it means that they were a part of Altaic ethnic groups. You know Altaic ethnic groups are totally different people from Chinese. A part of Altaic such as Tongyi, Senbi, Jurchens/Manchus, and Mongols conquered China and ruled there. I know that after Chinese gained independence some of the invaders became Chinese. But it does not mean that Chinese have to right to steal the invaders' history. Mongols once conquered China and Mongols are still Mongols.
@KoriSenbay:i am just a little pottato. but i can't agree with you. what you want to tell me is that we must remember the hate during the past instead of the friendship for the president.
@sunny130627 But History should not be distorted for any reasons. Chinese government is trying to distort their neighboring friends' history. If Chinese do not stop it, they are ineligible to mention friendship.
@KoriSenbay every person has different history viewpoint, why you try to force us to accept yours.
what's your mean by talking about the neighbore country. Korea or Mongolia? we also got some minority people of korean and mongolian. Are you trying to let us tell everyone that we used to be different and now we are still different and enemies. come on bud, we live in the same country and should to be friendly to each other. We are trying to be nicer to my minority people than your county.
@sunny130627 Well, many ethnic Korean live in other countries and China is only one of the foreign countries. Mongolian have totally different language, culture, and origin from Chinese and moreover Mongolia is an independent country. I know that many Mongolian-Chinese now live in China but it does not mean that China have right to steal the history of the foreign country.
@KoriSenbay : May I know where are you from? a lot of Mongolian are minority people in my country. As soon as they are under the same country. We should be friendly to each other instead of hate. The country of Mongolia has their own history different from ours. The monglian people in china shared the history with us. For different people, we have different history. If they want to have the same history with outer monglia, what is the point they live with us. The main point is we are together.
@sunny130627 When Mongols conquered China, Mongolian and Chinese were together in one country, that was Mongol empire. When Manchus conquered China they were together in Manchu empire. They were once together but Mongols and Manchus didn't thought Chinese history belonged to theirs. Mongols and Manchus were strangers, invaders, and conquerors. The main point is that it was because China was conquered by Mongols that Chinese were together with the invaders in the same country.
@KoriSenbay ok, that is your main point, not mine. you have your right to have your own perpective opinion about our historian. I don't want to argue with you. you are a fastidious person. please mind your own business instead of so judgemental to chinese people and monglian people and manchurian people. Leave them to let them to establish their own historical viewpoint.
@sunny130627 Whatever Chinese do it is none of my business. But they're trying to distort and to steal the history of their neighboring countries. It is Chinese who do not leave us.
The Mongols invasions are normally seen like barbarous, unlike the Romans, Arabs or Europeans (in Africa or America) invasions. This is because who write the history say always good things about himself. In the Mongol case, we know the point of view of they enemy unlike the others invaders.
its you who has a problem...........whites do love to steal history and change it to white history this is why you needed the wars lets start counting youre genocides and stealing our history talk about that
@Gtax8 you maybe right but you can,t deny the fact that gengnhis khan whas a great general who conquered half of the world way before the roman empire existed.and yes they raped people and stuff but tell me what great nation didn,t do the same thing they did when invading other countrys.its no diferent from what the americans are doing in the middle east.its no diferent from what spain did when they so called discover the new world.it no diferent from what alexsander the great did
You have some problems with dates. Roman Empire was way before than mongol empire. Roman Empire was established by August in 31 BC, at least twelve centuries before mongols.
@Francesko263 china will never become new MONGOL empire. maybe chinese empire not MONGOL ....if you guys want to become MONGOL EMPIRE you should become Mongolian and change you country name hahahah
@snaphsot What about China and Russia union? What about chinese-russian future common market and common energetic policy about pipelines, oil, natural resources and nuclear warfare? China is controlling many asians and african market...
I know there were few countries which was founded by Chinese in Chinese territory. China was often conquered by various invaders such as Tongyi, Senbi, Mongols, and Jurchens/Manchus. Chinese were often ruled by strangers who destroyed Chinese countries.
Yuan is obviously a Mongols Empire and Kublai Khan considered Mongols as the 1st class rulers while he considered Chinese as the 3rd and the 4th class slaves.
The Mongolians raped innocent people like the savages they are. They drank donkey blood for refreshment. That's about it. That's all the empire was about; to rape people and to displace the Turks of the Altaic mountains all across Anatolia. The empire didn't even last long....what a joke. And you stupid Mongols gloat about how the empire was the greatest of them all. Give me a break.
@GtaX8 the mongol empire ruled half the world. You could even consider Temujen as a God as his feats were God like. The world was literally as his grasp. The thing about power is it never stays in one place. But there will be no empire like the Great Mongol Empire. Recognize fool.
@GtaX8 what diference makes now with the americans in iraq they had rape there too and killed inocent too so what are u conplaining for what they did back then yes they had a big empire the BIGEST THE WORLD HAD EVER SEEN DID U HEAR THAT ? no i dont think u did exactly the the americans are doing displacing the native people of iraq to the neighbor countries and like it or not they were great. what are u just another pice of shit white trash go fuck your cousin thats what you good for p.d F U
@tibherius I don't want to suck into this debate, but I am American and proud of it. As far as killing of the innocent go, normally that was an accident or the few soldiers that did kill innocent people were disciplined and court marshaled. Damages caused by the war on Terrorism, most have been repaired by the Americans.
@GtaX8 let' just say it's no different to what the europeans did. they raped the population of more than half of the world, stole their resources, exploited the kind gestures and innocence of non-white people(around the world who for the most part welcomed them with open arms). europeans are the biggest cheats in the world!!!!! no better if not worse than the mongols. and to think this was only quite recently...a european family only needs to go a few generations before 2trace their evilancestor
@heomak Yes...I wonder who's made more progress in recent times. Ah yes, the Europeans...sure, MOST of their ancestors were barbarians, but they aren't. Your British ancestors raped innocent Irish, Manx, Scottish and Welsh people, and now they're discriminated from speaking their native tongues. I'm European, but I guarantee you that none of my ancestors were barbaric...we were actually one of the cradle of Indo-European civilization.
@GtaX8 fucking alexander bitch did the same thing..attacked countries and raped women and burnt down villages...but he is praised and put up on a pedestal just cuz he's fuckin european descent..oh..the hipocracy!
" Genghis Khan was one of the most violent men in history" <- Narrator. That's acually wrong. Yes, he conquered very much and he extreminated "some" cities. But, let's use the crusaders as an example. They tortured, extreminated etc. Genghis khan was actually against torture and he showed mercy to the cities that surrendered without a fight. The mongol empire did also have religious freedom.
The mongol tried to get sum protection money from the Majapahit Empire in south asia , but the king Raden wijaya refused and insult the mongol ambassador by branded his face and cut his ear ..
Mongols and Manchus are invaders, I'm Han Chinese and I hate Mongols and Manchus. They destroyed the Chinese traditional culture and they destroyed the wealthy Chinese Song Dynasty.
but aint it all the same land 1 surpresses land 2 and than after 2 has gained enough power its vis versa. don´t u think it´s much too late for all these hate and anger? the chinese ruled mongolia after wards the mongolians conquered part of china. never ending give and take. about 100 years ago we ruled a empire where the sun didn´t set. we conquered it bit by bit and lost it. that´s how it goes that´s the way it is was and ever will be. so stopp hating start loving peace not war
@sm4rtmouth Hey! You confused Manchu invasion over Ming dynasty and Mongolia, Tibet, Uighur etc. It is different from Modern "China" (You guys call it JUN-GO since 1945 since your independence ) till 1911! After Manchu empire collapse started civil war in China. Indeed Jun-Go tried to inherit Manchu territory!
@sm4rtmouth There were also few foreign force worked in political situation over Jun-go and Mongolia Tibet etc . It is clear old world policy made under colonial dodgy system best interest of their trade and political power.
i really don´t wanna upset you but don´t you agree it´s just a little late for a 800 year blood vendetta and racism? both of you mongolians and chinese should have learned that much after all the time passed by all those useless deaths and without gaining any goal? i think china should act confirm to it´s reputation in history as an old and wise nation reaching the present and not living in the past. free your hearts off of desires as budda says and become one with yourselves.
@TheXanian Of course, Yuan is a Mongols empire and 2nd Kim (Later Jin, Qing) is a Manchus empire. But Chinese government is trying to steal those history.
@KoriSenbay What does it mean to be "Chinese"? Actually a lot of ancient "chinese" empires are not really "chinese", if you mean chinese = han. Qin was a nomadic tribes from the northern steppes, Tang was a dynasty founded by people of xianbei origin, and so on. Not many "chinese dynasties" are founded by Han, bearing in mind that within ancient china there were already different tribes of dissimilar origins.
@HooliganLeppi WW1,WW2 last very short time comparing Mongol empire last it's invasion 100 to 500 years around the country and WW1,WW2 didn't succeed anyway!
@HooliganLeppi !Having said that WW1,WW2 left most horrific records behind in 20th century as massacre, death camp, burning alive, human skin goods by Natsi wifes etc... end up hell in earth HIroshima. Nagasaki. Now there are still horrific wars, weapons carrying out around the world. But how was the world in 13-15 century ? Didn't they fight for shaping up country?
I see korean scholars talking about Huksu Malgals. But certainly Manchus they were only Nomadic tribes related turkish&mongolian around east Khayngan.1599 Nurhach baatar decided to import Mongolian calligraphy in Manchu language. There is several language research between those nation. About Korean empire is full of ???????.sorry!
Well, Mongols and Turks were nomadic people but Korean and Jurchens/Manchus were seminomadic people. They had different life style culturally.
Korean belong to Altaic language family and it's said that Korean is related to Tungusic linguistically.
I don't know why you keep saying that Manchus are not related to Korean at all. Manchus themselves thought that they are closely related to Korean. What more can I say?
@Hanul91 ?????????????????????????????????Korean shouldn't mix nationalism and fact! The True is Korea was platform of the foreign invader!Existence of Korean empire is full of ??????????But I know you guys don't agree with me! In fact I don't like some asian country like to rewrite history. What for?

@FallschirmjagerElite "By landmass the British was slightly bigger". Yes, but the British took 250+ years to amass it while the Mongols did it in 2-3 generations. Mongols also always fought by themselves and were outnumbered, while Brits employed the service of colonized people.

mongolians, koreans, the hans, manchus are all brothers.
MONGOLS KOREANS MANCHUS and HANS were from one family back in the days.
sls323 1 year ago
@sls323 It's interesting that Korean call themselves Han gyeore and it means "the Hans". The official name of S. Korea is Dae Han Min Guk or Han Guk. Dae Han Min Guk means "The Great Hans country", Han Guk means The Hans country.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@TheXanian The Manchus whom you've met are actually Manchurian-Chinese. They are nothing but Chinese today. Manchus belonged to Altaic language speaking people, they have semi-nomadic tradition and their origin is closely related to Korean. They once conquered China and ruled there for hundreds of years. But unfortunately almost all Manchus were disappeared in the world.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay The Manchus did not disappear, there r millions of Manchu in today's China. Manchu doesn't belong to Altaic language speaking ppl, stop making use of the excuse of Altaic brothership, it doesn't exist at all. All are political. Unfortunately, u can't even accept the fact that Manchu conquered Korea. Chin at least acknowledge being conquered, but Korz just avoid the word "conquer" at all times. Even though they've defeated and submitted to Qing as a vassal state.
canadianfirzen 1 year ago

Plus, Altaic =\= Kor......

sodaxcandy08 1 year ago
@sodaxcandy08 Although Manchus conquered Mongol, Uighur, and China, they had no intention of occupying Korea. No invaders could conquer Korea in history and indeed even 1 million (total 3 million including noncombatants) invaders were not able to conquer Korea. The origin of Manchu is closely related to Korean and Manchus obviously knew it. I know that after Manchus founded an empire they tried to have an influence on Korea but it does not mean that Korea was a dependency of Manchus empire.

sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 After Huns destroyed Chinese country, various Altaic ethnic groups occupied northern China and founded their own kingdoms here and there. Senbi were one of the invaders. At that time Senbi also occupied northern China and founded their countries there. I mean Su and and Tang were not Chinese country but Senbi invaders' countries. Especially there was no Chinese country on earth when Senbi's Su dynasty finished conquering southern China.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay: I agree with you in some degree. the historian thinks the emperors of Sui and Tang dynasty have Sarbi blood, but there's no difference for us. We thought we are chinese, because of our chinese culture instead of the blood.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 Senbi had Altaic origin whereas Chinese had Sinitic origin. Moreover Senbi had seminomadic culture whereas Chinese had agricultural culture. I mean Senbi invaders were totally different people from Chinese.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay I agree with that. we are different from begining, but we became the same people in the end.
We don't care about the past history, we just focus on the current. In the past Senbi and Chinese may be different and ever was enermies. but after long history, we find a way to be a family. I don't know how many chinese have senbi bloods and how many people knows that, but the case is that Senbi people became one of the resources for the modern chinese people just like manchurian peoples.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 Senbi were Altaic people and it means that they were a part of Altaic ethnic groups. You know Altaic ethnic groups are totally different people from Chinese. A part of Altaic such as Tongyi, Senbi, Jurchens/Manchus, and Mongols conquered China and ruled there. I know that after Chinese gained independence some of the invaders became Chinese. But it does not mean that Chinese have to right to steal the invaders' history. Mongols once conquered China and Mongols are still Mongols.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay:i am just a little pottato. but i can't agree with you. what you want to tell me is that we must remember the hate during the past instead of the friendship for the president.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 But History should not be distorted for any reasons. Chinese government is trying to distort their neighboring friends' history. If Chinese do not stop it, they are ineligible to mention friendship.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay every person has different history viewpoint, why you try to force us to accept yours.
what's your mean by talking about the neighbore country. Korea or Mongolia? we also got some minority people of korean and mongolian. Are you trying to let us tell everyone that we used to be different and now we are still different and enemies. come on bud, we live in the same country and should to be friendly to each other. We are trying to be nicer to my minority people than your county.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 Well, many ethnic Korean live in other countries and China is only one of the foreign countries. Mongolian have totally different language, culture, and origin from Chinese and moreover Mongolia is an independent country. I know that many Mongolian-Chinese now live in China but it does not mean that China have right to steal the history of the foreign country.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay : May I know where are you from? a lot of Mongolian are minority people in my country. As soon as they are under the same country. We should be friendly to each other instead of hate. The country of Mongolia has their own history different from ours. The monglian people in china shared the history with us. For different people, we have different history. If they want to have the same history with outer monglia, what is the point they live with us. The main point is we are together.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 When Mongols conquered China, Mongolian and Chinese were together in one country, that was Mongol empire. When Manchus conquered China they were together in Manchu empire. They were once together but Mongols and Manchus didn't thought Chinese history belonged to theirs. Mongols and Manchus were strangers, invaders, and conquerors. The main point is that it was because China was conquered by Mongols that Chinese were together with the invaders in the same country.
KoriSenbay 1 year ago
@KoriSenbay ok, that is your main point, not mine. you have your right to have your own perpective opinion about our historian. I don't want to argue with you. you are a fastidious person. please mind your own business instead of so judgemental to chinese people and monglian people and manchurian people. Leave them to let them to establish their own historical viewpoint.
sunny130627 1 year ago
@sunny130627 Whatever Chinese do it is none of my business. But they're trying to distort and to steal the history of their neighboring countries. It is Chinese who do not leave us.

But, let's use the crusaders as an example. They tortured, extreminated etc. Genghis khan was actually against torture and he showed mercy to the cities that surrendered without a fight.
