The cable and utility company had no reason to outline our yard in paint then have helicopters stand still over our roof for 30 minutes the next day. I don't think utility companies are gangstalking my family to intimidate us for requesting accountability re the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal. However, police departments definitely are. Atlanta police threatened to Taser and arrest me for telling, and DeKalb Co. police said I'd better not tell their superiors they ignore police reports.
