wow you guys need those bits just to keep you horse in control?! This is so unatural.. poor horses. :( and just because people don't use this kind of a bit doesn't mean they're using a fat bit and yanking on their horses mouth. i ride bridleless, with a hackamore or if I ever use a bit it's with a skinny snaffle.

If the bits hurt the horses so much then why are they working so calmly??? I'd say that someone using a fat bit and yanking around on their face would be more "atrocious" than someone keeping their hands still with a little more bit.

If you knew something about Arabians and Country English, ottopasquier, you would know that those bits do NOT hurt the horses and help the riders keep their horses in control. I use those types of bits on my H/A, in the same discipline as that. Thanks for posting Prowinda! =] I enjoyed. I'm a youth rider, and will be showing at Youth this 2010 XD

the bits in these horses 's mouth are atrocious how do you sleep at night ??? I am so glad nobody watch your pitiful circus , there is hardly anybody , shows that people are getting smart and disgusted by your practices
