What size pulley and belt do you have? Do you have the aux idler next to the blower pulley? The tighter the belt is the more you'll notice the whistle.
it has to be the grooves in the pulley, i have a billet flow pulley on my 03 cobra with a gates belt and they sound similar, i tried the steel one from steeda and whistle was gone.

No that's just the whistle the blower produces at idle. It screams when I'm in boost.

wtf.. is it constantly at boost? Thats bad if it is lol. Im running 15lbs on my eaton in my Cobra and it sounds ALOT deeper than that
