I saw this ad only a few days after I had my own IVF miracle. This ad is so beautiful, I still get teary when I see it (or is it just my hormones still?).
Live2Improve - have you ever had a baby?? Even more so, have you ever had a baby by IVF? Birth is painful - that's a fact, but it's also the most wonderful, amazing, incredibly beautiful and touching moment that is possible to imagine. This ad shows it just how it is and I love it - it brought tears to my eyes because it is so touching. For those struggling with infertility, this is the prize - a healthy baby in their arms. Thank you SIVF (Genea)!
This is the way it is and a lot of media try to sugar coat birth there is pain then elation. What I would like to see is a build up of short adds prior to this one that shows the disappoint couples and families go through before they get IVF help. This will pull on everyones heart strings and show how IVF really helps couples to become families. Then followed by this ad and the elation of families.

@ufjkb i understand where you're coming from. i agree, this is confronting. and you are completely entitled to an opinion, i just become defensive because you targeted others. now i see, still, i hate i can't stand this commerical.
@ufjkb I’m terribly sorry that we all don't possess an acute, disturbing sense of beauty. I don’t feel comfortable being exposed to the distortion of it. This is not 'beautiful' to me, many people don't enjoy seeing this, there are just something’s that are too confronting. They could've done a commercial, with a mother and her child laughing in a park. Something nice, instead, this reminds of mutation, let alone playing God (and i'm not even that religious) this hit's an awkward nerve. sorry.
@Miranda9VM You are right, they could have made a standard ad of mums & babes laughing, all clean and sanitized. I would have enjoyed that too! But from what I understand (although not from my own experience, luckily), infertility issues are raw and confronting to those who experience them,, so these people may be able to handle a bit more, perhaps. This I suppose would be the target audience, not your average viewer. BTW, this is not meant to disrespect your views, just to explore other views.
What planet are you guys on? This ad is touching, beautiful, music haunting and ethereal. Giving birth is not meant to be chippy and cheerful on the outside, but it is beautiful inside. Try to step into situation rather than view it from the "what do I think of this as an external observer". Absolutely touching!!
Horrible advertisement. Bad choice of music and visual stimuli. Secondly, very poor play on the word 'reborn'. The ad could have been so much more, specially in terms of the service the company is providing and what that could mean for people. But instead of portraying and associating the brand with hope and happiness, the brand is being associated with pain (mother giving birth), creepy music, and a depressive atmosphere (black and white).
Fire the marketing department responsible for this =/
sorry but this is disgusting, a turn off, and i sincerely hope they don't put this on TV. too far in my opinion. Plus, the music is a little disturbing.

this ad was fucking horrible, having a child is meant to be the most memorable and happy moment in your life, this just seems depressing and slow.
