What if president of United State has sufficient proof and/or reason to believe that the United State Government is already compromised by a foreign power namely Israel via its agents in the United States, than can he declare Martial Law to save both the constitution and the US government from covert takeover by a foreign power? And can he then declare Martial Law using state of emergency Defense of America Ordinance? After all he will be sworn to defend US Constitution.
