Hall and Nash are in the game already under fake names, you have to change them (you can also create edits of Hall and Nash if you like), Hogan's head is in the game, but you have to create him yourself, ditto for Savage.

It's already available in Europe through distributors in Italy. It was supposed to be released in England officially in February but has been delayed and no one knows when it will come out, so most Europeans have been getting it through Italian importers.
