Is this a joke?! These people (supporters of Shah, the previous dictator of Iran), have nothing nothing to do with current Green Movement in Iran. They escaped years ago and have no idea what Iranian people have gone through during last dark 30 years! How come suddenly they've reappeared and claim to be supporters of this movement?! in such ridiculous ways! Iranian people hate them, as much as they hate the dictatorship in Iran! They are just taking advantage of current situation.
we are a democratic country (australia) and people have the right to support whoever they want and participate in what ever demonstrations they like. iran is a land of many beliefs/religions/nationalities and to deny the supporters of the shah who are out to support the people in iran, is as bad as what the regime does in our country
No one is trying to deny them, I am trying to criticise their motivation. I guess you haven't been in Iran for many years. Go on and ask young people who have been living there for the past 20-30 years.. they would tell you how most of the people inside Iran hate these traitors as much as they hate government, clerics, etc.
If they want to have a protest, fine... but it is a shame they are trying to take advantage of what has been born by hands of those who hate these too.
