im on an 8th grade cheer squad and we do a crazy stunt. one girl, the flier, stands on my shoulders. she then does a back hand spring off my shoulders and lands in a sponge and she goes up to extension. :D

@ShelbyLynn3353 It is only illegal at lower grades. Once you reach level 4 or 5 ish you can do those stunts.

I am a certified NCA judge and I can say that that was very nice girls very clean however connecting three one leg fully extended stunts is illegal, and hopefully you are a college or all star team or the whole sequence was illegal and must have killed you point wise. But very nice. I bet if you stuck to what was appropriate for your age group and followed the rules your team would be a force in your area, possibly the nation
