You did a good job with this, and with understanding some of the long-term effects captivity has on POWs, even after they return. Would have been more effective with a bit more makeup - i.e. bruising, blood after being punched, for realism. Also escaping being tied was a little unrealistic - he would most likely have been handcuffed.

But a good first effort regardless.
