i had a feeling they would, 5.4 is just a taller deck version of a 4.6 mustang motor. if it helps for anyone the 5.4 shares the same intake as the 4.6 so any cold air intake for a 5.4 will also work on the 4.6.

i would say it would, just be carefull with the new 3v 5.4L andy aftermarket intake may make the motor run lean without a tune.
