this is my favourite scene as well. i love realism and this is as close as it gets in the film. his frustration reaching a point where all he can say is 'ARGH' and punch a wall...its so amazing. theres no witty remark, no dramatic storming out of the apartment...its just him trying to find the words to make sense of a situation and he cant. its also such a pivotal moment for the movie in general. he loves her but its just not enough. just as its not enough later on. such a good movie :)
A true & tragic love story, like alot of mine, LOLOL! Really, such a great classic.
