The way Sonia sings is EXACTLY the kind of female vocals I had in mind when I was searching for female vocals in metal - powerful, yet still feminine :)

Ok, I like fantasy imagery, and I like metal. But you can't just throw on a bunch of renaissance clothes and play metal. It looks so weird! It doesn't work (in my opinion). You could however, make some new style, like a goth fantasy type thing; that would go well.

You don't see that many "Mediaval Metal" bands in Ontario or Alberta, nor do a big majority of people enjoy it there, and correct me if I am wrong. But there are TONS of these bands around here, especially in Quebec city, the capital of Quebec, because it is DIRECTLY connected to our CULTURE. Oh yeah I saw those guys live opening a Sonata Arctica show, I already was a fan... to be honest that opening TORE Sonata's show by FAR and they only played like 3 or 4 songs... Forgotten Tales is Canadian, a power metal band from Quebec composed of professional university musicians... which is why it sounds so clean JUST like on the album :D
