1) Bruschetta is an italian dish, and you use french-style bread! 2) Fused butter on Bruschetta I've never seen in Italy! 3) Bruschetta is pronounced BROOS-KAY-TTA, not "bru-sh-ay-tta". When try to cook italian, try to do it in the right way and with the right terms! Grets from Rome!
