You are probably not going to want to hear this, but it was my T case :/
A lot of them had bad seals on them though, thus being eligible for warranty. Good luck man.

Did you find out what it was. I am having similar driveline/driveshaft sounds. I put it up onto a lift and found my drive shaft bouncing around causing a loud clinging in nuetral. I still haven't dug into it but am wondering what yours is?
