He deserves it, but Major labels are fuckers. They screw you over and warp your music. Independent labels are for the real artists; people who only want to play for fun, who enjoy it, who go on stage and actually perform instead of listening to some bull shit recorded stuff that they just play on the audio, or songs that don't make no sense like Panic at the Disco, etc.

When I used to listen to Green Day I bought Bullet in a Bible, holy shit once I watched it after I got into Conor Oberst and Samuel Beam, etc. I saw how fake the shit was. I laughed. People put themselves on such high ground that they TRY to be perfect. People who ease their way through are the true individuals, like Kelly Stoltz, Conor Oberst, etc.

There are some good major label artists out there, but truely you have to look in between the lines.
