i recommend u to switch to other phone..bcoz after this, ur phone will repeat the same problem again..i'd used w980 for only 7 month..but my phone firmware had crashed for 5 time..i swear to god..i'm telling the truth..

u need to gonvert the vidio / film to a 3ggp as all phones will play them only sertain phones play m4as nt just that once converted to a 3ggp the size of the file will half and the quality is good just download a converter you can buy them nut its not worth it

Dont get the w910. i have it, and hate it. It crashes often and the battery life is rubbish. Oh and the speaker is horrible and quiet, the camera is rubbish, everything loads slow, the videos dont play in time with the audio, the music player is good, (but is slow to respond). The only good thing about the w910 is that it's so thin.

I've had a lot of phones!!! k790 was my first phone.. this one got damaged and i never knew why.. then i bought an w580 the keypad got broken.. then i got an lg viewty i didn't like it at all bad camera resolution and i couldn't write without seeing the phone.. so lg suck.. then i got n82 this phone is so slow and boring... i hate it too... now i want sony back.. I'd like the last walkman but its not in the market yet so i think I'll get this one till the w995 come to the market

this phone would be super f*cking cool if it supports wi-fi and touch screen. i think sony should starts producing affordable wi-fi built in phones. now only the touch screen or pda-like or the qwert-keypad-like phone has the wi-fi. that would cost me hella of money. come on, nokia has produced several wi-fi built in phones already. although black is cool, i think this phone should come with more colour choices not just black. but the 8GB internal memory is the bombbb man!

I go this phone, it would be kewl if not for a couple of things, transmitter only works if you have phone reception, why I have no idea, and it will only let you load wma protected music files onto it, that sucks balls.
