1. LAG..... Sometimes I'm behind a wall and I get downed....... wtf the bullets aren't registering thats why

@Edsterful There are usually always people on during the day, at night it can get pretty dead. Sabotage, Domination and Suppression are usually what is played most. Even then, those can be dead depending on the time of day. If anything I would have said to get the BETA of this game, because honestly... it was slightly better then. Still a good dame though.

Should I get this? I already have BC 2 so it may be pointless. If your a COD fanboy then don't reply. I love BC 2 so I think that means I love tactical shooters, I used to play COD but campers and the fact its based quite a bit on luck and lack of realism pissed me off. But maybe BC 2 is just a better version of this?

the graphics arent soo great when put against the standard set by Modern Warfare 2, but that game put all its development into graphics instead of gameplay, in my opinion... but MAG has an intense atmosphere anyway
@cheezitcarpet Yeah man the reason why I bought a PS3....got Uncharted 2 and it is also soo badass...the only reason MAG i lacking in graphics (when compared to other games) is due to the great amount of people...if it had killer graphics the game would probably be laggy and suffer from rendering issues.
@LordVurtax mag is an ok game its a nice break form mw2 once u get used to it(sometimes i like to go back for close quaters combat) for best mag experience be a team player or join a good clan/ group some ppl take the game waaaaay to seriously and u want ppl around u that want to complete objectives. uncharted 2 was a damn good game to me i beat the story mode 3 times ( medium hard and the last difficulty) and the multiplayer is entertaining. the singler player was as good as a movie to me.

Xbox has built in wifi and playback, idc about bluray, and home is probably the most pointless thing except for farmville. sure graphics and hardware may be cool, but I'm more worried about fun factor (Halo for ex. is tons of fun).

The experience of MAG is unlike any other first person shooter, killzone is a great game which i recommend and uncharted 2 is just great! If you get a ps3 you should also get God Of War 3! PS3 is a console worth getting especially because of the free online. But if you want to get more things out of online you can get playstation plus which gives you a lot of discounts!
@Matster196 I got a ps3 now, MAG was pretty cool but my biggest fear is that the community will die off sooner or later (especially with Battlefield 3 this year). I love Uncharted 2 with a passion, GOW3 sadly didn't click for me at all (Bayonetta IMO is a much better game) and I don't want to get PSN+ which feels like nothing more than a glorified coupon book that i have to pay for.
Sadly as well Killzone didn't click for me either. but I haven't given up on it yet, still need to play a lot

Plus PS3 you can get the same games as XBOX360 like Call of Duty MW3 and Battlefield 3. Both of those are sick and if you have an HD tv, PS3 has better graphics.. Oh and I have PS3, XBOX-360 and Wii.. Plus I have a computer set up to play high quality games, but PC gaming is pretty homosexual IMO. Call of Duty on the PC is fucking stupid.

If this game was made with the best graphic the PS3 can run, then it isn't possible for 256 players playing at once, in the same game. It would be like playing Crysis with a Pentium 4 window XP =/
this is a fun game but Im looking at when you reload your weapon you using the same mag everytime, i knw its 2 mags attached but honestly you think both of them would run out of bullets
But despite this, Zipper Interactive have done a great job - they created a game where one card is going to a lot of people, and while no one has time picking his nose. Therefore, if the multiplayer in Modern Warfare seems to you too closely, and Battlefield 1943 - is too arcade, look at MAG - perhaps this is a console online shooter and you're looking for all these years.

I love how the AKs-74u has only two clips being used over and over again. Its like the attached clip magically regenerates ammo when its not being used.
Mag is cool but battlefield is a more refined game. It has less players so of course it plays better but the mag people should've gone for quality over quantity. just my opinion

game looks like a large scale incoherent mess, I think game developers have become deluded and are under the assumption that more players = better, but this looks like a load of shite to me. I'm willing to bet 9 out of 10 people playing this haven't a fucking clue what they're doing and are just running around trying to kill each other.
Just go to the large glowing tower and kill everything there. Domination is like conquest from star wars battlefront 2 though. Capture all the bases. Either way, you have a goal to meet, and you have to kill everyone in your way.

well S.V.E.R wins 90% of its matches because we have superior communication (usually more mics per squad than any other PMC) and most people research the ability to heal teammates which sets us apart.
Hmmm i got the healing thing too now :D if all people go on SVER then there wont be many left on other 2 so u wont be able to have many matches! so i will stick to VALOR cos i dont wanna lose my points and i like the green colour of valor :)
Healing teammates is the fast-track to gaining exp. not to mention it keeps your guys on the battlefield instead of waiting to respawn or running back to the objective

Yes there is enough people playing the game! There are 4 game modes, Suppression (64 players), Sabotage (64 players), Acquisition (128 players), Domination (256 players).

@mitchx69 kinda like random selection. it would either put you in a sabotage, the transportation stealing game (what's it called again?), or domination.
i'm a valor on level 33 now and i play sabotage most of the time.

Therefore, if the multiplayer in Modern Warfare seems to you too closely, and Battlefield 1943 - is too arcade, look at MAG - perhaps this is a console online shooter and you're looking for all these years.

Mag is cool but battlefield is a more refined game. It has less players so of course it plays better but the mag people should've gone for quality over quantity. just my opinion

Just go to the large glowing tower and kill everything there. Domination is like conquest from star wars battlefront 2 though. Capture all the bases. Either way, you have a goal to meet, and you have to kill everyone in your way.

love this game. i love the pacing of it.i had the beta (which i chose raven), but now im valor. my only problem seems o be hat s.v.e.r end to win 80% of everything! so if you are going o buy this game, please do us all a favor and choose either raven or valor to help balance hings out a bit...im hooked. i reminds me of my socom days

well S.V.E.R wins 90% of its matches because we have superior communication (usually more mics per squad than any other PMC) and most people research the ability to heal teammates which sets us apart.
