  • Very good. But It will be better if the 1st push up starts from the bottom. Meaning you have your body laying on the floor and then push it all the way up for the 1st count.

  • thank you for the props, hoping to bench 275 at end of this term at 150-145 (losing water weight 4 track). I can't do a one armed pull up without stability from the other arm, i can put the hand on my curling arms wrist and do it that way.

  • my hand was on my back leg, and my legs were touching the sides of the walls so i wouldn't slide with socks, thanks for the comments, i bench pressed 250 last week stoned out of my mind :) i didnt get a full lock out on right arm but ill get a video up sometime of maxs this term hopefully.

  • yeah lol, i made this video a quite awhile ago so it was before i even saw that other guys video saying "can you beat it". and to HidetoT12 i mainly do free weight bench, 3x5 heavy weight
