Hmmm, I've got this phone, and you are using it wrong. You only need to use the tips of your fingers, it wont work properly if you use a full touch. Sorry, you may have reviewed a few phones, but from the video demonstration, you don't seem to be using it correctly at all.

As you can see on the video (at 00:30 as kind dragonface noticed it) first i tried to use the screen with the tip of my finger. Then with a heavey pressure and full touch, and wow, it worked.
