Ummm, do you think to the missions? This is the first mission or "level" in the game after the "sniper" incident. Kill everyone and get all

weapons what you can. Will be there the shotgun somewhere.

Make sure in the sniper part that the hostage in purple shirt escapes and he'll give you the gun later in the level in a room just before you can run of the stairs to the cutscene with the girl and the enemy.
