Before anyone does anything with this builder you must make him provode all testing and certifications from the Costa Rica College of Engineers and Architects. These block will never pass the testing requaried for sizemic regulations in Costa Rica. I know. I have the only block ever to pass the tests and be legally used in Vcosta Rica for housing and occupied buildings. My google ecobloques costa rica Remember in Costa Rica it is BUYER BEWARE.
