Have you ever seen a movie where there are multiple shots of the same woman in a scene and, in one angle her hair is pushed behind her ear, and another angle it's down? It's because they shoot it multiple times and piece it together into one scene. This scene could either be that, or perhaps you could be right and it is a body double. But I will say that, if it is a body double, then Paul isn't a very dedicated actor if he can't suck it up enough to kiss another guy. Just sayin'.
